John and Matthew came out for our bi-annual service. They made sure of a couple things we need to monitor and gave us solutions for those. Appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

We use R&B for HVAC and had them install an irrigation system for us from their lawn care division. Both divisions are always timely, responsive, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. This week our irrigation control box was not working. They came out the same day, checked it out, submitted a warranty claim, and replaced the box the same day. They stayed a while longer as well to ensure it was working so my husband could control it from his phone before they left. We highly recommend using them for both HVAC and lawn care!

Paid $79 for them not to do anything and to tell me something I already knew. They literally told us they could fix the issue temporary if, and only if, we buy a new unit from them. Had to call another company, paid that company $6 dollars more to resolve the issue. If you need R22 refrigerant refills don't call them, unless you want to donate $79. Made they are a good lawn care company, they like walking on grass on the way to and from their service vehicle.

I called for service and R&B was able to come out within hrs. The service tech Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained the repair needed to my satisfaction.

R&B Climate Control LlC and Lawn Care installed my irrigation system today, and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with the entire process from the Estimate to the Install. Donald came to complete the estimate and he is very professional and thorough. He set up my install date and they were on time and completed my job in 1 day. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. and finished at 7 p.m. They did a great job cleaning up my yard and put new grass seeds and straw down to replace the grass they had to dig up to put the pipes in. His wife Heather works in the office and she is super friendly and extremely helpful. If you have any questions or leave a message she will get back to to you right away. If you need an irrigation system installed or lawn service give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Brad serviced our HVAC units. He provided good information on the condition of our units (which run well) and did not recommend additional work just for the sake of upcharging. His recommendations made sense. Brad was honest and did not take advantage of us. I will always ask for him when scheduling our service.

Caused a gas leak to our meter and denied responsibility and would not fix the issue. Manager was not interested in resolving my complaint.

Unable to comment on Owners response below but seems like another attempt to deny any responsibility. You were working on behalf of Anthony Sylvan and sent me the e-mail to request feed back on your performance so how you can say I am not in your system seems strange?! I spoke to Jimmy in your office while your crew were still on site and he made no attempt to resolve my complaint or concerns!

When you discuss adding a gas line for a gas grill and they return 20m after leaving to share a helpful afterthought that could have been a text or phone call, you know you are using the right guys! Very helpful, patiently answers questions and provides detailed answers, professional, and courteous… I love when I can compliment and feel 100% confident in recommending someone, you won’t be disappointed!

Russell, my husband and I want to thank your team for their outstanding service. We were not referred to R&B by anyone, but took the chance on giving your company the job of replacing our furnace and ac unit. We could not have made a better choice. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly; from the office staff to the technicians. Brad came out to look at what needed to be done, thoroughly explained the process and quoted a reasonable price. Daniel was warm, friendly, professional and always punctual. Steven worked hard and took pride in his work. Thank you both for a job well done! Mitchell has a great personality and work ethic. He will be a great asset to R&B.
