R&B Climate Control LLC

Been a customer of R&B for 6+ years. Built a new home and already fired the original company who did the install. R&B is always on time, quick to resolve issues no matter what time, offers excellent customer customer from the appointed setting to the service. All the techs are like friends!!

R & B climate control connect my grill, griddle, and Sideburn’s gas line. They did great. They were so fast and reliable.

Very much customer oriented, quality work, knowledgeable technicians, competitive pricing and they do a great job of communicating in terms that explain issues, recommendations, pricing etc. I’ve used them for many years and have always been impressed with their overall professionalism.

Ron Grant and Steven installed our HVAC (gas pack or gas/electric package) on July 31st. They were both extremely professional, friendly and walked me through the entire install. They worked as expeditiously as possible knowing our a/c had not been functioning. It was a boiler that day, probably in the mid 90's, but they stayed at it until the installation was completed. They were friendly to our two dogs, who barked at them during much of the install. I would highly recommend this company to any friends, family or neighbors. On top of the excellent service, R&B's price was extremely competitive.

They worked great with me over the course of choosing my own mini split to installing my mini split. They were never pushy about having me purchase their equipment, which was greatly appreciated. They were on time, and did the work professionally. Couldn’t be more satisfied with an AC repair/install company. They will be definitely doing the ongoing maintenance for my home.

Fast, good service and affordable. I called at 10 pm on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment for Monday (I probably could have had someone out sooner but it wasn't a major emergency). James was friendly and knowledgeable about his job and kept me updated on what he was doing the whole time. He was even an hour earlier than I had been expecting, which is fantastic. I am well impressed and will be calling again next time I need them.

I had an irrigation system installed and could not be happier. Spencer and his team did a fantastic job. R&B kept me informed throughout every step of the process whether it be text messages or Spencer communicating with me personally. The system works perfectly and I love that the interface interacts with an app on my smartphone. Money well spent. I would definitely recommend it.
