ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning

Jordan came out for what was supposed to be a routine check up of the system. He then noticed a few mistakes were made with the previous installation and then decided to do everything he could to correct the issues himself. He went above and beyond and spent over 2hrs fixing the e issues. He then put in a order for furtire repairs that needed to be made. This man deserves a raise. I only want him to respond to future calls. Somebody get this man a burger!!

Scott was fantastic! His knowledge and know how was impeccable. I will definitely ask for him on any kind of maintenance and repairs on my system again. This company needs more employees like him!

Request services from ARS to fix my Hotwater heater. Appointment was between 12-5 pm. Mr. Matthew arrived 5:15pm and look around in the my kitchen and walk in the garage. Visit last for 8 minutes told the payment was $99 and no information was given me on problems at hands.I will never do business with the company again, nor recommended their services to others.

The technician was dishonest . He admits that he is paid a commission for selling parts and was trying to sell me a compressor that I did not need . I called another company that did my repair for $300 t while his repair would have cost me $4500.00

The technician (Jordan) was very thorough and professional. He serviced my A/C unit and suggested that my coils be cleaned because they were clogged.

Incredibly responsive!! Asked for quote on Monday, new system installed by Wednesday. Installers were extremely professional and courteous, would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their HVAC unit!

Tyler Moore installed a hot water heater for us on 19 JAN 23. He was knowledgeable, professional and a very nice young man. This was a challenging job considering the age of my house and the placement of the water heater. Tyler made quick work of the removal and had us up and running in no time. We've never used ARS before, but will definitely call ya'll first going forward. Thank you again for everything!
