I had what I thought was a new Unit in August 20017. Nothing but issues since. Come to find out the Unit was over two years old when it was installed. I paid $10,000 for a new Unit not a used one. Now I have a $1,000 bill to have a valve replaced. I'm very disappointed.

Unprofessional Installation - many issues with the system, wrong wireing (twice) took several visits to find out etc … not to recommend - for sure NOT for the MItsubishi Mini Split Units

Our Technician Justin Ward was on time, well groomed and very professional. He explained exactly what this service was about and what he was going go do. After service was completed, he asked if I had any questions with regards to my service. He also complimented our settings on the thermostats, which he stated was very energy efficient. Would recommend ARS and Justin Ward. I am also going to request that Justin be my regular technician going forward.

I purchased an HVAC unit through home Depot and was installed by ARS as there rep we upgraded to a carrier within 30 days of it running out of warranty we had an issue with a wire that was improperly installed at carrier they charged me $500 to fix this. Since then they refuse to call me they refuse to contact Carrier about this and refused to call me back after 5 or 6 calls would not do business with this company .
