Daryl came out to do my seasonal tune up on my system very professional, friendly. I will recommend him to anyone he made me feel like he was a part of my family. if I had my own company, I will surely hire him.

As usual the service was excellent! Tech was knowledgeable, and listened to all my issues, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Scheduling was extremely easy, and fast. All issues fixed , and questions answered. Thank you for an excellent job!

Within 3 hours of calling, Chris arrived. He quickly identified the problem and a solution. Initially, they thought they did not have the part and we would have to wait until tomorrow for it to come in. Within 5 minutes, he knocked on the door and said that they located the part. He returned about an hour later and made the repair. We are so glad that we purchased the extended warranty when we bought the unit!

I used ARS to replace two HVAC systems, a water heater, install a mini split and remove an old in wall unit. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them. I received quotes from multiple companies and their price was very competitive and they were willing to send out multiple crews to complete all this work in one day. Randy did an excellent job explaining everything during the sales process and was very helpful throughout the process. The crews that came out to do the installation were professional and very capable. They treated my house with respect and worked extremely hard to make sure everthing was done properly. While they were all great, Andrew was exceptional. He was able to solve any issue that came up and has to be one of the most talented technicians in this market. Great job! I would highly recommending using ARS.

June 6th was my scheduled maintenance. I'm still waiting for ARS to have a filter holder manufactured since the unit was installed without one, and the filter has no means of staying in its appropriate place. It was laying down in the unit.

Perhaps knowing that the system was installed in December after my HAC (installed by ARS in 2013) was under warranty, but water had seeped into the unit through an oddly manufactured exhaust. So to get a new system was cheaper than the parts (labor covered) to repair my ten year old system.

I had wondered why I was having to change out the air filters on my air purifiers which sit in three rooms, directly in front of the vents.

Now I know.

I have yet to receive any documentation for the unit or the thermostat - and I have been asking for that for months.

This was the second time we have used this company to take a look at our AC units outside. The first technician we had come out was nice and professional, I have nothing bad to say. The technician that helped us this time around is the reason I’m writing this review. Chris was very friendly and professional, determined what was going on, what needs done to fix it, and how to help us in the meantime until we could order the part. The service man came quickly took care of the problem which was when it was installed they did not clear off the settings and he went in cleared all settings and took care of it then he went outside looked over the unit taped in a couple places where the installer did not finish taping explained everything to me while he was working he was very polite knowledgeable and fast at his job he also explained everything in a manner that someone could understand and I appreciate that a lot this service man did a great job and if I ever have any problems I would love to have him back out again sincerely David Cooke

ARS HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME. Will was the technician that came out to investigate my issue. Will find the problem . It WAS THE THERMOSTAT AND IM GRATEFUL TO HAVE MY AIR FLOWING. Thank you ARS

Will came out on time and showed me my system had sone cleaning that needed to be done. He fixed the float issue in the system causing the AC to shut down. I’m very happy with the timeliness, responsiveness and thorough work he did in such a short amount of time.
