Great family owned co since 1936, Worked for them for over 15 years, after working for other companies, Pardee's is by far the most honest and does the work to industry standards , no short cuts or dishonest technician's as paid by the hour and not by sales. Many co now there technician's make there money from cost of repair and sales to make a pay check, so they like to run the repair costs up so they can make money
Check any co before using if the workers are paid by the job or hourly,

Have used Pardee's for many years and until last year I rated them a 5. Last year they were very late, as in 8mos and I had to call them. July 18th last visit. Have called twice and apparently wet weather has gotten them behind. They still owe me a visit. About ready to change. They never called to explain. I had to call them. Sorry, they are great people.

When was the last time you had a) someone to show up on time b) tell you that your unit can be repaired without going into huge debt?
These guys are honest, pleasant and don't work on commission. Need. I say more?
I had an estimate for an 8100.00 replacement for my unit. The " other company" sent out a charming guy - who never opened he AC unit, just promptly announced at it was the compressor.
On a hunch, I called Pardee. They came within 2 hours. It wasn't the compressor. It was the fan. It was replaced at@ 500.00.
Let's see ---- 8100.00 or 500.00

Pardee's Refrigeration and Air Conditioning did the HVAC in our new construction home. The zoning was well designed and thought through. The hybrid heat dual fuel system works like a dream and we have had no problems other than those caused by the homeowner.

I needed some help quick. AC out on a hot and humid SC day. Randy saved the day and charged a reasonable price!
