Unhappy. Called 2 times and left 2 messages and no one returned my calls. My house got hot inside. I told in my messages that I had my 81yr.old mother-in-law and have 2 grandaughters,ages 4 and 5 living with my wife and I. Fast customer service doesn't sound like yalls top priority. The guy who came out to fix the unit, told me he was the one that was on call and said he was never notified the messages.

I'm appreciative the manager of AAA honored my last free maintenance due to (covid) years. There has been a disagreement about 1st supposedly maintenance. I said never happened. I was disappointed on cancelation because they were servicing paying customers first. All customers are important. Reschedule appt. The tech showed up late. He did a routine checkup on the HVAC. He stated no issues. All in all, Tech (Lazai Anderson) had a great attitude.

The technician kept appointment as scheduled and was on time. Asked relevant questions and explained things in an understandable manner. He promptly performed his duties and explained what he had done and when the next visit would be. Displayed knowledge and professionalism. Pleasant to talk with. Excellent work

I was very pleased with AAA Heating & Air. Ron came and provided the different HVAC packages they had. He was courteous and provided excellent customer service, and when he couldn’t answer a question in detail for me, he connected me with the owner, Roy. Roy explained everything to my understanding and was very transparent. After speaking to him, I felt even more at ease and comfortable. Thus far, I’m very happy with my HVAC unit.

Best warranty in town for new heat pump installation. Staff and technicians are courteous and professional. Although only time can tell the installation quality, the new system currently runs very well. Will definitely recommend AAA heat & air

Update: heat strip wiring was not installed correctly. During the cold snap over the holidays, the heat pump could not warm up the house. Repair did not come in time. Had a burst frozen pipe and water damage. Removed 3 stars from the initial rating

I want to thank AAA heating & Air the best in business and thank personally Mr. Roy the owner he stands ten toes down backing his company. I called him and he sent a tech out the same day to service my Ac system to get it back up and running...Got Love Triple A heat & Air 5 star company!!!!!!!!

Josh was very professional. Came out Christmas eve and didnt charge an outrageous weekend holiday service call charge. Found the problem and tried to amend it without buying the part. But I needed a new thermostat and he had it on hand ,replaced it and only charged for the part. He didn't hit me with another service charge. He's got my business and I do recommend his services.

AAA came highly recommended. I wasn’t sure if they would travel 80 miles to service our house. After speaking with Roy, he assured me he could help us in replacing our HVAC upstairs unit. I got a quote for a 16 SEER rated unit, LESS than I was quoted for a 15 SEER from a competitor. His crew arrived on time 5 days later and had everything done in 3 hours, just as he said. A follow up was done last week to make sure all was done properly by Rusty Crider. He found an issue NOT related to the install and stayed 3 hours until he found the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Ricky, for spending your Friday afternoon fixing our problem, then another 2 hour drive to get home at 7 pm. This company is top notch with great people, from Roy, techs, Rusty and even finance department. I would use them again and highly recommend YOU use them as well. When I need a new downstairs unit, I’ll be calling AAA Heating and Air, located in Lexington.

Great company the installers did a great job on Installing my hvac and ductwork and cleaned up the mess they made I would recommend if you in need of anything dealing with heating and air AAA is your place
