Scheduled a service call for an older HVAC unit. Billy was my Comfort Advisor. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He fixed our problem and explained the pros and cons of our unit. I was not interested in purchasing a new unit but Billy was able to pursuade us into considering it without being pushy. I feel like I can trust A&A and I look forward to purchasing a new unit soon! Will refer others!

I had a brand new unit installed on 4/30/2021 while they were quick with the install they just made sure the unit turned on and left and it immediately started to freeze over after a hour of running. They had somebody come back the same day stayed for 2 hours and said the unit needed more airflow. Was told somebody would come out Saturday which was a lie. Had a tech come back out Monday morning to install another vent for more airflow. However the unit is still freezing over which causes it to never turn off. TOTAL NIGHTMARE. ITS OVER 80 DEGREES OUTSIDE HAVE A BRAND NEW UNIT AND STILL NO AIR. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

A dirt dauber had built a nest in my system. The technician, Roy Cunningham, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in identifying and resolving the problem. As usual, AAA provided great service. I have always gotten hassle-free service from them.

Very helpful in getting our new unit installed and working perfectly.

My comfort advisor was Rusty Crider. He assured me right away that he was going to check out everything to find the problem. He identified and took care of the problem in less than an hour. I was impressed and have referred him to some of my family, he's a keeper.

Jayson was great. He came out to “fix” my HVAC system and boy was he surprised to see an AMANA unit that was ATLEAST 25years old. He was very well versed on what could/should happen to get us to the 21st century, LOL. The next few steps were effortless due to the awesome folks we had interaction with. The install was completed quickly and then an inspection.
Inspector - Jayson came back out and gave us a thumbs up. The next thing is what really prompted this review. My house is well on its way to being a SMART HOUSE, but you know what they say : only as smart as the user. Jayson stayed almost an hour helping me to connect my new thermostat to ALEXA and it wasn’t that easy (networks, etc.) but he was determined to get it and HE DID

After unexpectedly finding out we needed to replace our entire HVAC system AAA came to the rescue with flying colors. They were amazing to work with, quick, and diligent. Couldn't be happier with the type of service we received from AAA and their whole team.

We got our Trane Package gas with A.C. unit today. We got other estimates and AAA had by far the best price. The sales staff and installers were very courtious and professional. They did an OUTSTANDING job. I would highly recommend this company over any other in Columbia. My husband was leary about all the 5 star ratings but all the other 5 star ratings were on the money. We are very pleased with our new HVAC unit
