I gave this 3 stars because the technicians that completed the work were respectable and professional. I could not give this 5 stars because of the headache around the whole process. With regard to the service received for this call, all went well with repairs. However, to get to this point took numerous calls, even with requests to express my grievances to management went unheard.

Water heater went out. Went thru Lowe's and the process was very easy. Came out same day for estimate and the next day new water heater installed. No long wait. Courteous people. Very pleased.

We contacted this company to replace our gas water heater. A tech came out and told us how much it would be. We paid them the price and they said someone would be here today and it is Friday. The new one was damaged and the tech had to go get another one. He left and came back and finished the job on a Friday evening. Both men that came yesterday and today were very nice and professional. He didn’t even leave a mess like some people do. We will definitely use this company again!

Jordan Davis, the tech, was excellent. The major complaint I have is not with him, but the installation folks. My system will be four years old two days from now but I only found out today that the installation did not contain a dirt leg, which is against code. Why has this not been stated before and why was this not part of the installation?

ARS Tech SHADOE is the man! I bought an AC unit two weeks ago from this company. After it was installed, two days later it stopped working. A tech came and said it wasn't wired correctly. It worked until a few days ago and it stopped blowing. I was told a tech would come yesterday on Saturday in the morning. I waited ALL day and received a call that a tech would come at 10 pm last night but he lived 3 hours away, so I agreed to let them come this morning. They sent a field supervisor named SHADOE who did an excellent job! He told me the installers did not drain the AC right so it got full and triggered the AC to stop. He also said the installation techs didn't fill up the freon for the new unit! I was very upset with this company and ready to tell them to come get the unit that I paid a lot of money for! SHADOE saved the day and redeemed ARS! I told him from now on I will only request him as my tech. To be honest, they don't seem to do well at training their installation techs. For that much money it's really not an excuse. But thankfully SHADOE knew what he was doing! Kudos to SHADOE!

My appointment was to have someone check the ductwork for a possible leak. Roger quickly discovered that it was not the ductwork. It was actually my hot water heater that had started leaking. Roger also arranged for someone to come out the same afternoon to give me an estimate on replacing the hot water heater. I love that I can pay my bill using my Home Depot credit card!

I was so glad to know that ARS service Sumter been trying to hire them for years the representatives were professional, answered all questions asked, very pleasant, I felt at ease dealing dealing with the representatives, they were on time, and started the installation the very next day. The installer was top drawer all the way he knows his stuff. He came in and installed thermostat explained how to use it check the temperature in the house. We were very pleased very pleased with the services from ARS thank you again.

ARS came out diagnosed my problem and found a major issue. My unit is only 2 years old, something to do with sub par parts during Covid. I’m happy to say that although I felt a little slighted at the fact the unit is fairly new, they worked with me on pricing and fixed my issue just in time for my wedding!
