Jorge was the most professional and thorough A/C service person I have ever worked with. From scheduling, a call to narrow time frame down, text when tech on the way, explaining and videoing system to show what we need and generally knowledgeable and nice person. Highly recommended. Much improved service from Aspen Air the past few years

Nothing was repaired. The young man didn't replace all of the screws, and left something hanging. I was told that I'm better off purchasing a new unit. I called the young man that replaced the the fan for the ac to take a look at it. He cleaned the coils, now my central air is working just fine. However, the gentalmenwas very professional, and on time. I'll give e him 5 stars.

Juan Carlos and Edgar have by far the best customer service I have experienced in a while. They came in on time, professional and got to work immediately. They worked diligently and quickly to set up our new A/C system. I don't typically write reviews but after the job they did I had to. I will definitely be working with this company again.

This is the worse experience I’ve had in quite some time. I would definitely not be using them going forward. They sent out an inexperience technician. He started by trying to upsell me on their monthly service plans. I had to be clear with all do respect please address the issues first. His diagnostics was that I needed a new capacitor. The capacitor was $400 plus the service another $100. Total $500 and come to find out that the electrical panel wasn’t sending power to the unit. He then change a breaker on the unit. That wasn’t the problem either. By this time it was 930 pm and he claimed it was the thermostat, I went to buy a new thermostat and surprise it wasn’t the issue. The following day Danny came out and started rambling off the same thing Jorge had addressed. After 30 min of speaking to Jorge he confirmed that I was telling him the truth. What irritates me is I’m down $500 and down two days of incompetent technicians and a ac that is still now working properly. ASR must retrain and/or ensure their techs are knowledgeable of the what they are doing and not waste my time.

Both guys that came to the house Sergio and Jose were very pleasant, and professional. They walked me through everything and I can truly say I felt they were being honest about everything. Thanks guys. Getting my unit installed today.

The technician came on a Saturday after another technician was unable to come on Friday. I had to call to find out what was going on since it was two hours after the two hour time slot and no one had showed up at my home to do the work. They set up another appointment for Saturday and that technician came and was professional, courteous, and friendly. He did the semi-annual maintenance on our A/C system quickly and efficiently and gave us information about our system that was helpful. We just didn't know when he would arrive.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AGAIN!!! To make a long story short, I was told I was waiting for a replacement piece while my ac broken (MY HOUSE WOULD NOT COOL DOWN) and the piece I was waiting for was not the reason why my ac was broken. It took them FOUR DAYS to tell me this. I called ADVANCE COOL AIR (no issues with them!) and they fixed it in 30 minutes. When I started trying to ask for a refund for their “Maintenance Service Plan” and they would not call me back even though every representative told me to expect a call. When they did refund (a partial amount…not the full amount of the plan) they did not contact me in any way. Had I not checked my statement how would I have known? No one called/emailed me to apologize for the service I received and I once again had to reach out to get my refund invoice. They have horrible customer service, terrible communication, and some kind of massive failure in their system or workers. Once again I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I rarely do reviews but I had to respond to this survey because Jorge Fernandez was outstanding. On a scale of 1 to 10 he was 10+. He was punctual ( that’s rare in this town). He was professional. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He has redeemed this company’s reputation for me. ARS…you are blessed to have Jorge because he takes great care of your customers.

I am horrified with this company practices. I was explained that i was signing a quote and it turned out that my credit card was charged. Wrong assessment was provided, electrician came - breaker was the issue, the blower works great. I’ve been calling for the last 3 days, no one has the respect to get back to me.

I needed a new water heater and contacted Lowes installation service. They put me in contact with ARS who installed a new water heater at my house. They installed a unit that was not what I ordered. To their credit, they promptly installed the correct unit when I called, but they did not bring the materials needed to connect the PRV. They gave me a date when they would return to finish the job but did not show up. It took over a week, with daily calls to their office and Lowe’s, until I was finally able to talk to someone who was able to get the job finished. The final product is good but the whole experience was very frustrating. Their communication with their clients, and their inner office communications, were very poor in my experience.
