The tech was timely , professional and courteous . Did finish installation of a drain pvc pipe necessary .

Technician Gabriel is very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge which for me is valuable.

They mixed up the service time to arrive, which I was not happy about. However, the service tech, David, had nothing to do with that, he was very professional, thorough, and courteously answered all questions. My only regret is that my wife thought I gave him Xmas gift and I thought she did. Sorry, happy holidays, very satisfied with service.

Ars employee was earlier than expected from the time frame I was given,very professional service by explaining to me how thermostat works and what could have been the problem he recommend simple thermostat I was not familiar with the first one that was installed and recommended equipment that would help my unit to run more efficient in the future because I am pet owner thank you.

I installed my new central AC unit 2 months ago. After 2 months AC stopped working and for 3 days and 3 different techs every day they are still not able to resolve this issue. Techs don’t bring the ladder but request the access to the roof! Unprofessional and unprepared!

Some technicians are better than others. For complex problems you may have to ge the right technician. I had to go through a few. The last one, Luis Z, was the one that fixed the problem which had to do with the electrical wiring. The other technicians could learn from him.

Company doble and triple the prices to install a aircoditioned.. $ 13,703?? the low to 8,300, charging double price. Only the technicians are the best asset to ARS.

These people came out and within 5 minutes told me that a blower motor repair, that was under warranty, was going to cost me over $2000.00 in addition to the warranty to repair. All because the repair “was a difficult repair to do”. I highly recommend to call a different company from the start. That five minutes cost me over a hundred bucks for his “expert diagnosis “. Different company repairing in the morning and the cost is covered by the warranty. Buyer Beware!
