Terrible service. They never completed the installation they promised and I have been calling them (10+ calls at this time) to get the temperature sensor installed in our master bedroom. They keep promising the scheduling team to call back and schedule a visit to finish the install but they never do. After I finally get them to schedule an appointment they missed it and never showed up. Nobody called to let me know they would not be making the appointment, even after multiple calls to ask the ETA for the service technician. I do not recommend this company in the Miami-Dade county. Home Depot should drop them because of the terrible service

Came on time and was very friendly. Only issue was did not know how to diagnose and fix ac units.

Told me I needed a new compressor and there was nothing he could do. Called a different person and he fixed the correct issue within 20 min. Turned out to be the condenser starter. I think the business uses emergency calls to create bogus claims and try to sell expensive major repairs the next day. I believe that's the business model. Sounds crazy but based on the other reviews that's what it is.

Company refuses to honor the warranty. I have been calling for almost 2 weeks. Everyone saying will call back. No call back to answer questions. I'm burning up in house for 2 weeks and cannot get this company to honor the warranty.

While the bill was incredibly high, Luis did the best he could with what he had. He stayed with the job until it was finished and figured out solutions when it seemed impossible or at the end of the line.

My appointment was Tues at 9. Tech called at 12 to say later. I refused. Company rescheduled to Wednesday 8:39-8. He arrived at gate 12:02. Arrived at house at 12:32. Slow, said it takes time to put on gloves and get tools. He finally left at 3:08. Much slower than any other tech.

We purchased a brand new HVACH system from them and it hasn’t worked correctly since day one! We had to wait for a new part for 9 days on our new system! They say in their contract that if you’re not satisfied in 24 hours that they will pay $555.00 and they didn’t pay a single dollar on a brand new system! Don’t use this company because they sell brand new systems that don’t work at all! They don’t honor their warranty or customer service policies either. They blame their poor service on their customers. Like saying your windows are bad and try to up-sale you on getting rid of smells out your house. Absolutely ridiculous company and customer service for a brand new HVAK system (A/C unit for your entire house! They sell broken systems and you’ll be having problems for years to come!

Danny the service technician was excellent. He was able to diagnose the issue that we had with surges of power that knocked out our condenser on the new AC from booting up properly. The unit would start up after a brief power out it made noise turns out that the condenser was not starting properly because of the power surges so he installed a power surge protector and a timer Unit on the condenser to solve the issue since living in Florida this happens a lot with power. This was a new AC unit from ARS. Everything was done professionally and quickly we were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish.

This review is in reference to a new A/C install that took place on Saturday 2/11/23. The installers were Jose Guerra and another person also named Jose. I am very satisfied with the work they did as they showed up early, were very professional and detail oriented in the work they did. I would highly recommend them.

My original review was positive based on my A/C in February. It is now June and after many calls with absolutely no response I have not been able to schedule a final inspection despite permitting and final inspection being paid for. No response from GM Al Quintero or Juan Conde. I want my final inspection to be completed.
