My a/c unit stopped working on a Sunday night. The next morning I called Artic fox . They were able to come the same day. Unfortunately my unit that was 15 years old, was not worth fixing. I had a new unit installed the next day at a good price. The guys that worked on the job, were very professional and picked up, after the work was done.

Our technician Chris Menendez was beyond exceptional. He was very informative, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the work that needed to be done to our unit. Artic Fox services a wide range of areas. Despite that out technician Chris was in Homestead completing another job. He was still able to arrive on time. Apon his arrival he swiftly diagnosed our issue and was determined to get our A/C unit up and running ASAP. Upon his completion Chris double checked his work and answered any questions I had. He also gave some advice on how to care for the unit. I would highly recommend this company and it's technicians.

Mike and Chris were fantastic. Both were kind, pleasant, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. They both took the time to explain every aspect of the installation process and best practices for cleaning and maintenance. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They went the extra mile to reroute the copper refrigerant lines and the PVC drain on the air handler. If you’re in the market for a new A/C unit… these are the pros you want on the job.
