I bought a mini split system from this company 2 years ago, I reached out to them as I needed a part for my split system and all I have to say is good things about them from there customer service team to there management team. I needed a new motor for my AC unit. Carlos explained on how to hook the motor up due to it not being the OEM type. Even when I called for a question he was right on point. He also prevented me from having a disaster. I was about to purchase a cleaner that I thought was for my condenser coils (picture on the jug shows that). He asked me what I was using it for and I explained to him what I was doing. He quickly told me not to use it, and showed me the product to us. I highly recommend this place for you AC needs. I felt comfortable making my purchase and yesenia's cuban coffee was delicious !! We have a lovely name btw ..
