Employees make their companies great. That is why I would like to start my review of ARS / Rescue Rooter Miami by mentioning the professionalism of their associates. From my first interaction with Ines at Home Depot, I felt respected as a customer, and not harassed, as it usually happens when reps approach someone to sell a product. The visit of the seller Alex was pleasant and efficient; in about an hour, he answered all my questions, explained the equipment recommendations, and even reached out to the bank to get financing approval.
A day prior to my installation appointment, I reached out to ARS with additional concerns, and to express changes I wanted to make after I had agreed on a price with the seller. Cassandra and Arley were very patient and supportive; we negotiated my proposed last-minute modifications, and they made it happen without unnecessary extra costs within a couple of phone calls.
The installation team was outstanding; Eddy and Ezequiel arrived on time and immediately got down to work. They were 100% knowledgeable, well-organized, and respectful of the property and the residents. They performed efficiently and accurately, with extraordinary attention to detail, including cleanness after completion of their work. It is worth highlighting the communication between the company and the employees; the installation team knew exactly the details of my expectations as I had discussed with their manager the day before.
The company offers a warranty of 10 years for equipment and 1 year for labor, which is not common in this market as per my prior research. Could you find it cheaper out there? The answer is yes, but to me, the peace of mind of dealing with a decent, reliable company (which are in danger of extinction in Miami) is worth every penny.
I would highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter Miami for your AC needs.

On January 23, 2023 I had routine maintenance work done on my A/C unit. The technician, Jorge F. found that I was low on refrigerant and I needed filters. The refrigerant was added but he needed to order the P-1625-2 filters, he had none. A week went by and I had not received the air filters. Another week went by no air filters. I called the office and they said someone would get back to me. Another week by, I called the office to ask what was the status on my order and I was told someone would get back to me. On February 23rd I noticed my A/C wasn’t cooling so I lowered the temperature for cool air. On the morning of February 24th I heard leaking from my air handler, opened the door and found leaks underneath the air handler. I called to complain that my a/c unit had just been maintained all this time I had no air filter underneath and that I was still waiting for my air filters and my a/c is leaking. The nice young lady had explained that they were at the mercy of the manufacturer and that she would have a technician come out that day between 8am and 12. Jorge came out again and found my coils were frozen and they were clogged with cat hairs. My unit had to be turned off but later that evening we could turn on the fan at 79 degrees which we did for some relief during the night. Saturday morning Jorge arrived with filters and replaced the filter underneath the air handler. His recommendation is that I replace the coils and in so doing we would find out if I have a leak. I’m upset because I’ve already paid close to $600.00 to maintain my A/c and today I paid $275.00 for more refrigerant and I’m being told to replace the coils the charge will be almost $2,000 on an almost 5 year old A/C unit.
