Hello, It has taken me some time to post this. I'm actually posting about an event that happened in December; however, due to an unforeseen family emergency, I did not get to post this until now. I want to thank personally Chris Morrow for an EXCEPTIONAL job that he did when coming to my home to replace a thermostat. This a very long story but I will make it as short as possible. Another tech came to my home and not only did not repair the thermostat accurately; but also charged my double for the repair and told me that I could not use my military ID. When Chris arrived to correct the situation; he not only fixed the problem; but advised me that I had been incorrectly charged. In today's society, people will not be honest; but he was. Both Chris and Stephanie made the situation right. Stephanie was kind and understanding and refunded me the portion that I was overcharged. I only have good words to say about this company because since I purchased my units in 2019, they have been extremely responsive. I once again want to applaud these two people, Chris Morrow and Stephanie (sorry I don't know her last name), for not only doing what's right, but for exemplifying what right looks like.

The technician Mike was very very professional and so courteous. He explained things and made sure I understood them. Not only was he on time and very polite, he was thorough and asked if there were any other issues and addressed them all before leaving! If you can, request Mike (Michael) for your technician!!! We've had a hot water heater installed and everything went well. The gentleman that installed our water heater was very professional, was also on time, he cleaned up the area after he was finish. It did not take him along time to get the job done. I will be using this company again, I sure will recommend them.

Very professional, explained all details, and they have safeguards in place that made me feel very confident in my dealings with them. Installation on Tuesday. Service done my one man, Jason. Thanks to the service technician Antonio I now understand my unit a whole lot better than I ever did. Sometimes some technicians do not totally explain everything you need to know as a homeowner about your unit. The everything I like is that the response time for the problem that I was having was great. When I made the call, the person on the other end was so polite and understanding of my needs.

I called ARS Columbia on 4.4.2023 because my hot water heater went out, and I had a massive water leak in my front yard because of a busted pipe. ARS Columbia came out the same day provided me with a quote and was at my house the very next morning replacing the water heater and repairing the busted pipe. The technician, Tyler Moorer, that came out was super awesome, friendly, professional, courteous, detailed, and very knowledgeable in his field. His words were "its gonna be alright, when I leave today everything will be fixed." I was a wreck worrying about everything. When he said what he said, all I could say was thank you because it meant alot that he cared and when he left..THE JOB WAS DONE. Overall...It was what he did AND who he was...somebody that cared that is customer was well informed, relieved and satisfied at the completion of the job. ARS rendered excellent service from Starr to finish. The great service started with Shane Evenich. He was patient, honest and took the time to explain all the pieces parts and process. The excellent service continued with the installer. Eli Johnson and Asad Bronner were GREAT. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. They made the entire process pleasant.

Everybody was really nice and helpful, Matt was determined help us get a new unit, but I want to talk about the installers, my furnace was extremely old, we had replaced the air conditioning unit, twice, we was determined to get a whole new combo unit, but the installers work so hard to get my unit in and working properly, it was difficult because the old system was so out dated on the inside cabinet but they stayed until all the work was done and they cleaned up everything when they was done, I really appreciate the installers they sent out, I’ll be updated my review soon with their names as soon as I get to my paperwork. Truly professional and hard working men. I pray ARS stand behind all the great warranties they give you with your new system, but I hope I never have to use one. 😆
