Yes I had the air conditioner for about 2 years now and at 4:00 professionalism they hadn't stood up today I'm bargaining it doesn't do as well as the last one I had and it could hold in my walls because they said it was this but it wasn't that but a whole hose under my house that caused fondness or the growing my back porch I am I have no doubt that they are professional or not but I will never buy it nothing else from this company again I'm sorry

The technician (Vishnu Fowler) arrived on time and ready to work. He was very friendly and worked hard helping us find where to shut the water off. He answered any questions we had regarding the hot water heater he was installing for us.

I desperately needed a hot water heater and went to Lowe’s. Lowe’s had ARS handle my free estimate and installation. The process from start to finish was seamless and convenient. Vishnu F was my installer. He was amazing! First, he called me an hour and a half before he arrived. I liked that the expectation was set. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, upbeat, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was most efficient! He answered all of my questions and left his workspace impeccably clean. Tyler came out to install a new hot water heater. He was professional, thorough and provided excellent service in a shorter amount of time than I expected. Will definitely be using ARS for all of my heating & plumbing needs in the future!

I couldn't use them because they did not have the equipment necessary to find the clog or clean it out. The very nice repairman explained to me that they were new in Columbia and so were only doing water heaters right now. The person I initially talked with in describing the issue should have told me this instead of sending out a truck. She apparently had no information about the company in Columbia. It was a waste of his time and mine!

My 20 year old HVAC had a good run, but all good things must come to an end… and it did. After getting several estimates, I went with ARS, and I’m glad I did! The guys were so professional and friendly, and kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the installation. The new unit looks fantastic, and they even included one of those fancy smart thermostats! 🤣 Love it, and love the quality service I received!
