We had a 6 month checkup/cleaning of our ac unit. The technician left without saying a word to us. I looked out the window and he was driving down the street. We have always had good service with them but this was unprofessional.

82 degrees in february and our AC decides to go out. I Googled businesses around us for AC repair. This one advertised 24 hrs a day. Being on a budget I was afraid of the cost.

Tune up is really a diagnostic. Found things that needed attention. The service person was kind, helpful, explained things. When I looked up pricing later I found that the company charges double for the item. I believe in capitalism, but man, that was a lot.

They came out and gave me a quote that was over 4000$. All I need is a Freon line and Freon fill up. You can go and buy a 21/2 ton unit for 3000$. This was outrageous I feel like I was beat out of my 120$ for them to come out. I feel like they over priced so I wouldn’t get them to do the job. I wonder how many people on a daily gets done this way. Over price on purpose to make people not choose you and keep the 120$ sounds like a good scam to me smh!!!
