Me and my wife ordered a new hvac system. We gave them a call, and they were very nice. They installment agents by the name of Brandon and Lenard were very professional and nice. Another large company in the Midlands area came out and misdiagnosed the problem and quoted us thousands for a new unit. ARS came out, quickly fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable fee in comparison. Honest, knowledgeable and professional customer service at its finest.

Purchased a unit for my parents a little over a yr in and the unit goes out. Was told by technician that a new compressor would need to be ordered and it would be 1,800 for the repair since the part is still covered by warranty. The initial work order for the technician was over 2 weeks ago we have called and made several attempts to see when they will be back to fix it but no one will give a straight answer or return any of our calls. This company took advantage of a disabled veteran and seems to care less about fixing an issue that clearly should not have occurred with a unit so new DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Purchased a water heater from Lowes who used ARS to install. That in itself gave me confidence of their quality and reliability. Gave me a free estimate. Fair price. Always on time for appointments. Sent out competent, professionals. Great to work with!

Had a very bad experience with this company. They were running a promo call to do a spring start up. Technician on call took a perfectly working system installed 2 years ago to no refrigerant. The system was cooling perfectly before he arrived to do a spring checkup and the system stopped working after he left. Had to call another company to come charge the system with 8lbs of R410A. I have made several attempts to call this company and leave a complaint no call backs.
I would never use them again and would caution others to be ware of their deals as it is a way to obtain access to your system and cause you to pay more for other repairs caused by them.

Andrew and Deonte did an excellent job with the installation, and Andrew went over everything that was done. David explained to me about the thermostat and its functions. Everyone was very professional in their own way. I am very satisfied, and I will gladly recommend your services to everyone! Andrew also answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. Chrishawn gave me an estimate of what the cost would have been if I decided to do the repairs on the old unit. Chrishawn was very honest, helpful, and professional. David(sales representative) did an excellent and very thorough job going over the finance options. David answered all questions and concerns. I appreciate everything!

Water heater went out and contacted a plumber. The install would not have been until the following day. I decided to check with Lowes and received a call from this company. Tyler arrived and gave me a quote. He said he could get it done immediately. Tyler was very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice guy!
