Maintenance system working fine before they came. Two minutes after they left system no longer worked. Customer service will give no estimate of when they will return to fix something that wasn’t broken before they showed up

Since I have corporate training with a better business practices company in the HVAC industry, I recognize your cookie cutter response posted for potential future customers. I will be resolving this issue through the BBB to hold your company accountable for over charging elderly people without remorse.

I called ARS to inspect my mother's AC unit and they quoted her $5,000 for labor only to replace her blower motor and clean her coils. On top of the outrageous dispatch fee of $109. My mother lost everything in Hurricane Ian and is mentally and financially burdened, making this even more horrible. She is elderly and does not know how to use the internet or what is a reasonable rate for these repairs. Had I not been there to interfere, my mother would have fallen for this scam. She now expects a full refund and an apology for such appalling business practices.

Our previous A/C system kept freezing up & we called ARS & Cassandra told us that she could have a technician come out the same day & look over our unit.

The technician David Lee came out & told us that because our unit was older & unfortunately corroded, we would need a whole new system. After him showing me I totally agreed & he called Cassandra to have someone come out in the morning to show us the options.

This morning, Ronald came to our house & was very pleasant, professional & showed us everything they had to offer & helped us choose what was right for us without any pressure. He also walked us through the process of what the installers would be doing as well. He then got on the phone to call the office & within a few hours he had 2 installers (Michel & Julio) come out & not only installed our new unit & thermostat, but also disposed of the old system without any issues whatsoever.

When Michel & Julio were done with the installation, they both walked us through the whole system & showed us how it worked & how we need to maintain it.

It’s great to have a company like ARS who cares about their customers & make them feel like they are getting the most for their hard earned money. My wife & I are very happy we chose ARS & look forward to continuing to work with them to serve our A/C needs.

Also without realizing it, ARS previously installed our water heater & they were fantastic back then too

They cut corners and now my family with two asmathic children, both who are taught at home virtually have to suffer.

Brand new ac unit installed 5 days ago and hot air spewed from the vents immediately. We were told by the tech it would take two hours to cool down. That time came and went with no relief.

Calls were placed daily to fix the problem. Followed by the runaround of the dispatch sends the tech the information, and we have to wait for the tech to call us. The tech would come out and refill the Freon (patch job) all stating nothing was wrong with the unit, but the freon wasn't in the tank (head scratch).

We are now 5 days and counting of suffering in Florida's 86 degree sweltering night heat. It is currently 2:16 a.m. and 86 degrees in MY HOME! My children can't function in this environment created by your company.

They were fast to get the sale and slow to fix their mistake. I reiterate Brand New Ac unit inside and outside, purchased and installed 5 days ago by ARS does not work.

I overlooked the original techs using my trashcan to holst up the new unit. I overlooked the gentleman who spoke no English who was given the task to have the paperwork signed and could not answer any questions about the contract. I overlooked that same gentleman who came back yesterday and miraculously the Freon lasted 30 minutes after he left instead of a few hours of relief.

I have no idea what this company is doing, or how much damage this heat is causing my home due to their negligence but I can assure anyone that my family and I are completely miserable, and suffering. They are extremely busy, notably because of all the call backs, and runaround they give their customers.

Please note the call center operates 24 hours, not the techs. In layman's terms you will hear how you are the last call for the day and they want to go home (told this twice by two separate techs). A huge slap in the face to a customer by doing just enough to get by so you can go home.

I can say with every ounce of my being. find elsewhere and save yourself, your family, home, and wallet the stress of the back alley work they pride themselves on.
