The ac tech Luis M zayas Batalla was a excellent tech, as soon he arrive my property was very professional good presentation he recommended us to clean our systems and protect , we already have uv lights but not working , he clean the full unit and replaced all parts not properly working, I think he is the best service technician came to my home and explained all problems we have it!!! We are really happy we all the service.. recommended 100000% with all my friends and family!!

Condensate drain line clogged middle of the night yesterday and with 24/7 access as an ARS Service Plan member all was cleaned out and good to go before lunch !!
ARS is fantastic, and the service plan is worth every penny 10-times over !!

I requested service for my leaking A/C and had a technician come to give me a quote. I paid upfront $1,300 for them to do the repairs the technician told me that someone would pass by in a week. The technician’s name was Luis M ZayasBatalla as appears on my invoice. The following week no one ever came to do the said repairs. I proceeded to call and they said they would send another technician. The second technician came and confirmed that there was leakage in the coil and he said he would come the following day to preform the repairs. He never came either. I called again trying to get a response for a span of 5 days. I wanted to get my money back to get serviced by another company and the customer service agent told me that they could not do that, despite never doing the job. I had to call another A/C repair company to fix the leakage. It is very unprofessional that they could essentially just steal my money and the lack of communication was frustrating. I had my money go down the drain for no reason and they refuse to give it back.

to change an internal motor?? Can not believe it !! And don’t even fix the real problems.
