Jose and Jose were amazing! Very knowledgeable, cleaned up everything and did not leave until they made sure unit was running correctly. Walked me through process and provided details on unit. Will most likely be reaching out to complete second AC unit when I can.

The mechanic looked at my system he checked the ace freon service on it apparently you have bad news for my system I've only had it for 7 years and I told me I have to replace parts of the thing the estimations about 4,000 which is ridiculously ludicrous so I wasn't expecting that hit blow I don't know yet what I'm going to repair it or not or some other company. I wasn't expecting that honestly I bought the system into 2016 and they're telling me it was good for 10 years and not saying things break down and and nothing lasts forever and and I understand what they're coming from but at the same time you pay so much money for a system to last that much this ludicrous it's ridiculous.

In 2013, after multiple problems with our AC, we got a new one with ARS, hoping we would stop dealing with AC issues. Eight months later, we had to call them when the house wasn't cooling, and the AC was frozen and dripping on our floor. They told us it was the coil, had to be replaced. It was under warranty, so we replaced it, and paid $961 for labor.

Less than two years later, we called them again, the AC was frozen and dripping. They told us it was low on freon, they replaced it and didn't charge us, mostly because we were livid. Six months after that, they were back. Same thing... frozen and dripping. Must be a leak, they told us. They "found it," fixed it and we paid $305 for replacement of the freon.

Three months later, another leak. This time, they couldn't find it, suggested we do an inspection of the whole house including the in the walls, that was going to cost us thousands. Luckily, we called another company for a second opinion (obviously should have done this ages ago), they found the leak, sealed it.

Last year, frozen AC and house not cooling (on the weekend - three kids)... we called ARS (should have known better). They came, cleaned the AC out (we paid for their service [$125]- meaning they would come out for a second visit) and fine. Two days later... AC not working AGAIN! Turns out the service guy, checking the AC, left the freon open and so we were low. To his credit, he didn't charge us for what was his mistake.

Four weeks ago, ONCE again, the fan wouldn't stop blowing. We called ARS to complete the second service and have them just look at it. He cleans it out and suggests we may need a new AC. After all this money we already spent on our "new" AC, you want us to buy a new one through you? Nope. We call the other company, they come out, replace the motor - still under warranty and pay for labor ($300). TODAY, we notice that there is water seeping though our flooring by the AC. Yep. Looks like the last ARS service guy didn't fully seal one of the pipes and water has been dripping for the last four weeks! So now we have official damage! Feel free to see the pictures. And do me a favor, don't call ARS.

June 2022 my a/c unit failed. It was time for a new unit. I reached out to Home Depot thinking of them since I have trusted them for all my home repairs goods. They referred me to ARS Aircondition and called me to set an appointment. ARS representative came to my home got all the information needed two days later new a/c system installed. June-July 2022 summer time very hot in Miami, Fl. Few days later the a/c unit inside the house starts making noise, called ARS came out to inspect the system. The technician tells me that it’s the Freon passing through the a/c system that it’s normal. Noise should go away in few days just let the new machine break in. He them tried to sell me an apparatus for the unit outside so it won’t burn out . I then asked him if it’s a new unit why it wasn’t installed. His response was that that is sold separately. After spending almost $11,000 on A/C how is it possible that this thing is sold separately? Week later called them back noise still there hard to fall asleep noise gets to you after all things are turned off and nighttime falls in. Another technician comes checked out the A/C again and tells me that inside unit (coil or other part ) needs to be replaced, he tells me that he would put the order thru and will be back to replace it. Almost a year later after numerous calls to be told that the parts are on back order. It’s gotten to a point that we have to close all bedrooms doors to keep the noise out when trying to sleep at night. :(

Their customer service is horrible. You can never get the same answer twice. They offer/sell you something and you are told 1 thing but then when the time comes to deliver what is promised then suddenly everyone had amnesia and cannot remember anything. Overall the unit that was installed works very well but the follow up and customer service is incredibly subpar and poor
