My name is A. Bacon, I have been using Dowd Mechanical for a number of years. All the guys and service staff are top notch. Over the years they have installed a new condenser coil and a water heater. The work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and appreciate all their help and advice.

Dowd is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommended them. Most recently my basement was flooded and our hot heater wasn't working. They came out right away and fixed it quickly.

Dowd was wonderful to work with! They were able to come out within 24 hours for a service call and explained everything to us in detail. They were also able to install a new heating unit in a very small, difficult space which made the installation much more complicated. Mike and Ish spent the whole day making sure everything was perfect with the unit and installation and were extremely professional, courteous, and nice throughout the process. Thank you again!!

We woke up on Saturday morning with no heat. Dowd was able to get a service tech out to us before noon and after reviewing our options, had a salesman back out to us the same day to discuss replacing our 31 year old unit. The work was completed 2 days later on Monday and we've been living in comfort ever since. Mike and his helped were great with the installation and very clean. Aside from the unplanned expenses of replacing a 31 year old unit, we couldn't have had a better experience with Dowd.

Great Service! Our oil heater broke, I called in the morning for a quote and someone called me back right away. We ended up replacing our oil heater with an electric heater pump and have had no issues. Everything was done in about 2 days. They made sure we were up and running before it got cold again. Great customer service!!!

i called Dowd Mechanical at lunch time and Terrence, the Service Tech, who by the way was very knowledgeable, neat, and friendly, was at my house that same day to fix my HVAC. Since it was 90 degrees out, I was extremely happy. Not only are the service techs very friendly and nice so is the staff in the office. I would highly recommend Dowd Mechanical!

We needed to have our HVAC unit checked and possibly replaced. We did need to replace the unit and wow.. excellent is all I can say. They were very professional, educated us every step of the way in the process and the cost and plans were affordable. The unit have been great and received follow up calls to check in.

We've been using Dowd for various heating and AC throughout our practice and they have always been great! Whenever we call with an issue they are always available either same day or next day. Their estimates are accurate and they do work quickly and efficiently. Scott is usually the one that comes to see us and he's very professional and friendly. We've been very happy with them and highly recommend them for heating and AC needs!
