I had J R Michalski replace my gas water heater today and they provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They kept all working areas neat and clean and put tarp down from the front door all the way to the utility room in the basement even after I said that I didn't think that was necessary. Above and beyond. The entire process was awesome. They turned a quote around the same day and were out the next day for replacement (Non-emergency). Brett was extremely patient answering all of my questions and provided sound advice. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and personable.

Make sure you put these guys on a short list of quotes if you have any HVAC issues/concerns.

This business a family business and joe and all his employees make you feel like your part of their family. All the repair and insulation employees are very professional and do excellent work. I personally have had them put in my oil heater, my heat pump and now my water heater. The pricing is all fair and very reasonable. The girls in the office are very professional and kind, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help you. I highly recommend this company.

Joe and the boys did a fabulous job doing a vehicle exhaust evacuation system for me. They were professional, efficient and prompt leaving nothing incomplete! The workmanship was spot on for a huge national customer of mine. They are so much more than an HVAC company. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They installed our HVAC system about 6 years ago after another company had made a mess of everything. Since then they have been doing our semi-annual spring and fall servicing. Recently, we had a problem with our heating system. They worked as solving the problem, spending countless hours at my house trying various different fixes suggested by the equipment manufacturer. The issue was finally resolved. They only charged us for a regular service call - which we felt was way more than fair considering that at least 30 hours were spent at our home. Each visit was preceded by a phone call letting me know when the serviceman would be stopping by. All the staff has been friendly and professional. Again, I can only say how pleased we have been with Michalski. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend them!!

Joe installed 2 mini split heating and air conditioning units in a new in law suite for my elderly father.
After having 3 other contractors come out with extravagant prices and no human factor we were referred to Joe by a friend and thankfully so.
Joe took the time to explain all aspects of the install and the operation of the units and the price was well below the others.
The units are in and so is my elderly father who loves it a balmy 80 degrees. The units work flawlessly with heat and cooling and we couldn’t be happier.
Joe has called twice to check in on us and my dad, try to find that with other contractors!!

I cannot begin to describe the frustration that can be experienced when working with various vendors who do not call or arrive on time or make excuses and continually hit you up for every cost possible. This is NOT the case with Michalski. They treat you as you would hope to be treated. Only sorry I did not come across them earlier. Professional, Communicative - explaining the problem and they do not nickel and dime you. Highly recommend these guys. You will not regret it.

We had a tenant who was due to give birth any day and a failing heating system. Joe made sure his crew was able to get the job completed quickly and cleanly. We are happy to say that Momma and Baby are Warm this winter thanks to JR Michalski Heating and Air.
