We were first time home owners who newly moved into this township. We contacted McHales and several other companies to replace our broken heating system. Anthony C was very informative and helpful in educating us about the heat pump alternative we were looking for to replace our oil heating system. Anthony was available all the time on call to answer our numerous questions about the whole setup and process. He was very responsive and offered us a great deal keeping in mind we were new home owners who landed on a broken system unexpectedly. The payment, service and installation was very quick and efficient. We had a few obstacles during the process but we're resolved soon. Anthony also connected us to a bunch of other services in the area and that was very useful :)

Anthony arrived at my home a few hours after a leak occurred in my bathroom. He was responsive, intelligent and thorough throughout his work. He was also efficient and clean too. Anthony was able to fix the issue, explain the ins and out of our plumbing system. I am absolutely going to use McHales in the future!

I just had Kyle and Tim at my house installing an attic fan. They were both polite and professional and very efficient. I like the fact that McHales sends a text with a brief bio of their technicians. Great job by these two! I would definitely use McHales again!

I can not say enough good things about the my experience with McHales and their technician Stan. Stan initially came out provide an estimate to install two new fan rated junction boxes on my patio and two patio ceiling fans. He provided a through and fair estimate that provided all the relevant information for me to gain approval from my HOA. Once approved the fans arrived he came out with his team to install. He was courteous, kind, and took extreme care to install the new junction boxes and assemble and install the fans. There was even a problem due to the fan supplier sending one of he wrong model, so he took the fan down boxed it up so I could send back to the supplier and get the second fan. He came back out and finished the day after the supplier was able to end the correct fan! Overall, I am extremely pleased with Stan’s knowledge and the care he provided for my home. He actually left my front porch and foyer cleaner and neater than he found it! I definitely will be calling McHales for any future work I need to have done as long as they send out Stan!

The whole experience was good. My wife was really satisfied and happy with the tech, my tech name is Stan Kohler. Unfortunately I the husband was not here but I did speak with them on the phone and they were really professional and they put me at ease. The husband feel like an idiot. I went to the main box. I did the best I could, I’m 65 but I don’t think that’s no excuse for that. so I’m truly thankful for everything that happened. 🙏😎

John Billemeyer saved our Holiday weekend! He took care of a major leak which was very difficult to fix. Our water was back on in no time. The best part of his service was not just his professionalism but the fact he did it on a Sunday with a smile on his face. Great guy. The company is lucky to have him. Thanks John.

The McHales team was terrific, from beginning to end. The entire staff was courteous and kept me informed throughout a major project- replacement of the entire sewer line for my home. At one point, there were no less than 10 people on location. The office staff were equally helpful. Every question answered, every concern addressed! Can’t stress enough how reassuring it was to have these folks on the job for what was a very stressful undertaking - especially in this day and age of hard to find reliable and qualified workers!

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the job done by Kenny from McHales. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication exceeded our expectations. Their lateral inspection was conducted flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend McHales and Kenny to any organization in need of top-notch inspection services, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Had an emergency sewer issue on a Saturday. Someone answered my call, took my info and had someone out within a few hours. Ended up being more extensive than a clog. They had me scheduled for repair on Monday. Happy with their work, and grateful for their compassion regarding the situation.
