Royce Cox came within an hour for an emergency call after PSE@G replaced our electric meter and our home immediately lost half of the electric power.
Royce inspected the electric panel and determined that the loss of power had to do with our generator getting “mixed up”when the new electric meter was installed. Royce was able to resolve the problem and the power was restored. We are very pleased with the prompt professional service and solution to the issue. Thank you Royce!

My daughter Sarah works there and referred me. Carly was very professional and kind. Warned me how tall he is, a picture was sent to me so I knew who to expect. He was very knowledgable and explained everything today. I will definitely use them again.

Chris contacted me and we discussed the HVAC checkup I had requested on the 4 units at 50 N. Main Street in Chalfont, Pa. He spoke with me after completing the work and advised me of any possible issues he had found.
I’m planning on replacing one of the units in the near future.

We had a leak from improper installation of a garbage disposal from several years before. Not Mc Hale.
The technician who came out to determine where the leak was from was JB he was very professional and saw what was wrong and installed a new disposal. He was a great guy, cleaned up the area in record time. I will always use Mc Hale again!

John Billemeyer and the McHale service line team were phenomenal! Within 15 minutes of our call at 940 on a Saturday we had John at our house with a replacement garbage disposal (he actually had 2 on his truck and we were able to upgrade from 1/2 to 3/4 HP). He completed the replacement within an hour! It looks great and he was polite and professional. Extremely happy with the results.

First Impression was a Last Impression. Requested a technician respond to my property for assistance/service of a leaking bolt from the rear tank. Technician provided no service, assistance, or care to the small identified problem and instead related information of what one would presumptively believe was a structured script for Sale of products and services unrelated to the requested service. Upon my declining of the several products (including a remodeling of the bathroom) the technician related he would be unable to identify or diagnose the issue although I explained the source of the issue. Technician then proceeded to explain that there was a required dispatch fee for his response to the property, to which I requested a receipt from the cash payment I provided yet never received such. Technician had spent approximately 20 minutes providing a sales pitch without exercise any advisement or assistance to the issue at hand yet I was required to provide a payment.
I chose McHales giving my local residency but was surely ignorance to the lack of service and care provided.

Pat Hannigan did an excellent job of analyzing our system and identifying issues.
On his recommendation, the connector piece was replaced by a more reliable one, and he accomplished this quickly.

As always the McHale's techs were courteous and informative about the repairs being made. Anthony and his partner( sorry, missed his name) arrived quickly after our call, outlined what they needed to do, and proceeded to do the repairs as needed. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and showed us the finished project. Rating: excellent, thankyou.
