Anthony arrived to provide an estimate. He was very nice and cordial. He did a great job explaining the new system that could be installed to replace the current older system. He also informed me of financing options available through his company. It was a pleasure talking with him.

The techs response time was amazing. Mark Sieruc did a wonderful job and helped with another plumbing issue I had. I’ve always been very happy and satisfied with the work that McHales techs have performed in my house. I will always recommend McHales to anyone is looking for their services.

Great service all around. The in-office personnel (both the scheduler and the dispatcher) were polite and friendly. The service technician, Brendan, arrived promptly, evaluated our problem, and provided several options (along with prices and explainations of the difference in the service options) for fixing the issue. He had everything needed for the job on hand, and had the job completed in under 30 minutes.

I will gladly turn to McHale's for any future plumbing needs.

Ryan showed up within 30 minutes of my call. Got my AC running quickly and even gave me a tip on an arborist I need for my possibly dead tree! Highly recommend these guys.

Lazily sipping my morning coffee Las Thursday, I was surprised by a gurgling in my main floor bathroom toilet. A few seconds later I was shocked as hell to see gallons of sewage blowing out all over my floor. Quickly called McHales & Kenny arrived within an hour. Slid a camera device down the sewer vent outside and showed me the main drain was destroyed & it would cost 6k to replace. Turned off all water and was told not to use any plumbing fixtures. Early next day their work crew arrived. Jim Goss on the backhoe proved to be an artist digging the trench. Anthony, Marty & Beau quickly got to work removing the old broken cast iron and replaced it with PVC. An amazing job all done in one day and my home was back in business. The only concern preventing a 5 star review was somehow the main water line was broken and while McHales repaired the break, gravel, dirt and other stuff entered the water line causing my sprinkler backflow preventer to start leaking. McHales seat a tech out the next day but he advised they do not have certified sprinkler people on staff to fix this problem & I should call sprinkler repair facilities. None I found work in residential systems so my only recourse was to shut down the sprinkler system until I can find someone willing to repair it. McHales seems to do everything except sprinklers.

Brendan, the tech who fixed our problem was outstanding. Very personable and efficient. Unfortunately he did not have a business card. If I use McHales in the future I would request him to do the job.

I've had my new central air/heat system for a little more than 4 months, and have not had any issues. Today, their technician, Pat came out to do the maintenance that comes with the package. Pat seemed very knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to go with, which again, our system is only 4 months old, so it didn't need anything. And I appreciate Pats honesty and not recommending something that we didnt need. I recommend McHales for all of your heating and A/C needs. So far so good!
