Tim Bailey was the technician and serviced areas that needed attention with installation of bathroom vent.. Cleaned up. Discussed what wud be involved w installation of a security motion detector on front porch should I decide to do so. Was easy on the eyes and polite. I wud recommend.

Highly recommend and will continue to use them. Through the years we have used McHale's for all of our plumbing/fixtures replacement as well as electrical jobs, including installation of ceiling fan, outdoor lights and upgrading whole-house surge protector and electrical outlets. Right now we are in the process of getting our kitchen remodeled. Doug and Sheila are just great people. Doug as the designer is very accommodating to our taste and budget preferences. Cant wait to see how it turns out.

After looking through reviews, I contacted McHales for plumbing, heating and electrical work for an addition being added to my house. JB offered me a very reasonable quote. JB and his crew (Anthony, Gregory, Joel, Zack and Tim, just to name a few) were great to work with. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Always cleaning up each day when they finished. There were several trades involved and JB made sure work was coordinated, avoiding delays, and kept the work flowing so it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave. When some unexpected issues came up, JB adapted and offered cost saving solutions. I highly recommend McHales.

We were extremely satisfied with Kyle and Owen. They performed a level 1 inspection. They were very professional while performing the inspection. Kyle explained every step and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves which was very couteous of them. We were highly satisfied with both technicians.
