McHales installed a replacement heat pump system for us in late April. Anthony came out to the house and correctly sized a new system, and gave us a good price. He explained all finance options, and assisted us in obtaining interest free, 12 month financing. McHales has demonstrated that they want satisfied customers, by their fast response time whenever we had any issues. I would definitely recommend them as a source for HVAC equipment and services.

We had our master bath remodeled by McHales and are very pleased with the results. Doug, our salesman and Kevin, our project manager were both easy to work with. The team did a great job, the plumbers, electricians, everybody.
They were booked out almost 9 months ahead but still started and finished our project on the dates they said they would. Overall they did a nice job and were very organized, with a process in place for every detail along the way.

Mark was very efficient and explained all of my options. He was clean and very knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and represented your company with the utmost professionalism.
My only complaint (which does not reflect on Mark) is that I was originally scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 and because I never heard from the Company, I had to call to find out when the tech would arrive. I got the impression that I wasn’t even on the schedule and the admin had to “find” someone to come out and take care of my issues. Once again, I am glad that it was Mark

Scheduled our routine A/C systems check and both Pat and Joe were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain their observations and helped me understand their recommendations. They made sure to outline all potential options and did not push me towards anything I didn't want to do immediately. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with Joe and Pat and look forward to working with McHales in the future.

Realized last-minute that my current stove was hardwired and my new stove (being delivered the next morning) required an outlet. The on-call tech, Kyle, came out at 7pm on a Saturday to disconnect the old stove and install an outlet. He was professional and super nice and very patient with my curious child who wanted go see everything that was going on.

Drew West is very professional, my mom's attic fan needed to be replaced and Drew had to order the part on Saturday and he said he would come back on Sunday or Monday ( Memorial Day). He came out on Memorial Day and didn't charge any extra. The price he gave my mom on Saturday was the price for the work. I highly recommend McHale's and I highly recommend Drew.

I highly recommend McHales for any electric issues. Stan Kohler came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on. Explained what issues I had. Will use again.

So far I only used them for an estimate today and I still have 2 other companies coming out to give me estimates. We had Anthony B come to our house. He was super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and if we choose them it will have alot to do with how kind Anthony was. We felt he was fair and very thorough in explaining what the job would entail. He is such an asset to their team!
