Two technicians came to our home the same morning we called. They were both friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to explain what they were doing in layman's terms so we knew exactly what was going on. I highly recommend this company!!!

Called at 8am and had someone out at 10am same day in the middle of a heatwave. Jack was great, got my unit firing that frosty cold breeze in no time. Super professional and upfront about pricing and service. I'd recommend these dudes to anyone that needs any HVAC issues dealt with asap.

Matt is a polite, nice, knowledgeable guy and his work is fantastic. Removed my old boiler and replaced it with a brand new one after it had been red tagged. The pricing was around $2500 lower than any other quotes I got for the job as well. Usually I'm the type to shop around for the best deal but One Hour has absolutely earned a spot in my mind as the first people to call. Shoutout to Scott for being available to answer all of my questions as well, and Colleen for being the most wonderful scheduling rep I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to!

Jack Butler was our technician who came to our house, he was professional and explained everything to us in a very simple way so we could better understand our situation. Even if he couldn’t help fix our situation right away we were happy to learn more about our home and now can make a plan to fix our air conditioner. Called on a Wednesday at 3pm, service guys Troy and Sean were there by 3:45. Within a hour they diagnosed issue and found the part for my Riello boiler. They had to pick up part next day. They scheduled for Jack to come out at 3pm the next day. Jack and his partner showed up at 3pm on Thursday with the part and were done by 3:30. They made sure heater got up to temp and went over what they did with me. Solid local company who I will call again in the next year to replace my 31 year old boiler. Highly recommend!!
