I called Robaire to fix our water heater leak because they did a terrific job with helping us pick a new HVAC system and installing it. Not only did they repair the water heater , but corrected the noise from the furnace

We have been clients of Robaire for years. Thank goodness they are patient. I finally got around to replacing one of our units - 6 months after the bid was received. Robaire worked hard to install it and service it before and during this most recent heat wave. Their number one goal was to make sure we had working cooling in our occupied house. Thank you for the several service calls and finally fixing a problem that has been bothering us for years. It does pay off to stay with a service provider for a long time - they can send back crew who knew our house and helped us. The office staff are professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant.

Robaire Co performs maintenance on our boiler every fall and do a great job. When we were ready to get AC in our home we knew we wanted Robaire Co to do the work for us. The owner, Rob, as well as all his technicians are wonderful. They worked with us on pricing and to find the best AC fit for our 130 year old house. The install took 2 days and went smoothly. We're really excited to have AC in our home this summer. I would recommend Robaire Co to anyone!

Robaire's staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us replace our heater after it caught fire and was not repairable. Within 30 minutes of the technician discovering we could not repair it, a team member was at our house dropping off 5 space heaters to help keep us warm. Even with a snow storm, they replaced our unit within a few days. Rob, the owner contacted us after business hours to ensure we could get what we wanted ordered quickly. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

We called Robaire on Friday 6/19 as our AC unit's blower motor stopped working yesterday evening. Robaire was happy to come and take a look in the afternoon. Ryan arrived within the 2 hour window and was extremely professional and personable. He was able to fix the issue a small capacitor shorted and needed to be replaced. All said and done it took about 30 minutes. They were great, I would happily use them again for any other issues we run into! Also their pricing was phenomenal I was more than happy with the overall experience!

I've been using Robaire for a few years to service my existing heat pump system but a leaking coil was all the news I needed to make a decision to upgrade my unit and add additional filtration. Rob came to my house and we discussed several options and after working out minor details on the proposal, I signed the contract. Rob called me the next day and gave me a delivery and installation date which was very quick. The men and equipment came on that date and replaced the heat pump with the new one and added the filtration system all in less than 6 hours. The men did a very professional job respecting my house and the space they worked in. I couldn't be happier with the results. Great work and great customer service.

Robaire installed two new heat pumps for us at Newtown Reformed Church, one a 15 ton unit and the other a 2.5 ton unit, as well as getting some ductwork run to two rooms. We could not be happier with the work that was done. They were professional and prompt, and very reasonably priced as well. They also did great with customer service, making sure that our needs were cared for. One of the techs even came out on the day of a significant snowstorm in order to make sure we had heat when we needed it.

Have been using Robaire for 10 years and they are excellent to deal with, technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of workmanship is very high. Had a complete AC system put in, very fair price and done in a timely fashion. On time, fair pricing and quality repairs, what more could you ask for?
