    If your looking to install a new unit boiler, Gas furnace, Split system or mini split Chuck bowman the owner of B & B is by far one of the best and not just in the Bucks County are but in this field of work as a whole. Trust and believe you will not be disappointed. Chuck is very Meticulous over how his installs come out, and as he should be, it's his name and reputation on the line. He didn't get to be in business as long as he has been by doing shabby work. Another great quality of B & B is once your blown away by such a nice and neat install, if you choose to continue with B & B to service and maintain your equipment rest assured that Chuck man a wise decision when he hired Chris. Chris is very knowledgeable and a hard working dedicated tech that can diagnose any issue that should arise and fix it in a timely manner. With that said if they have to order a part don't get mad at them the lead-time on parts is not their fault.

    been a customer for a few years. customer service is friendly and responsive. the technicians are knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in their jobs, not just a matter of collecting a paycheck like larger organizations. prices are reasonable and in line with quality of work. would recommend to others for HVAC needs

    Furnace quit working 1/14/22. Within 20 mins. of calling them they were there and found the problem. Furnace was 25 yrs. old and hard to find part, but they did. 1 hour later the furnace was up and running but didn't want the chance of it quitting again so had them install a new one. 4 days later, have a new furnace. Completely satisfied with the service. Polite and very
    knowledgeable workers. Would recommend them to anyone.

    B & B installed my whole house system with separate zones in 2015. They have been very prompt on maintenance and the one service call I had fixed same day. I would highly recommend this local business.

    Diagnosed and repaired defrost issue on my heat pump in a very timely fashion. I was able able to get a next-day appointment, they responded to my call right away. Chris showed up and explained his entire diagnosis process, got the part ordered, and came back as soon as it was available to finish the job. Thanks!

    Happy with my service when my AC unit motor broke. I was able to get a repair person to my home in a timely manner and they even drove to another state to acquire the part I needed. It did take a few days, but considering the number of service calls they had to field during this time, I felt like the response and quality of work were good.

    Called B&B for a hvac issue. Spoke with Chuck who sent over a service person. Service person arrived promptly and was very nice and explained what he was doing. He diagnosed the heat pump and said everything was good just needed to change thermostat setting. He called office to find out how much to charge me because he really didn't do any repairs. He than gave me a bill for close to $180!! That's nuts 180$ to change setting on my thermostat!! He was here for less then a hr. After I said it wasn't reasonable he called back office and spoke with Chuck who said it was the right price based on their "price book". I requested a call back from chuck who never bothered to call me back. I will never call them again and won't recommend them to anyone! These guys r out here to rip you off. Unacceptable. Will also file complaint with BBB for unfair business practice!

    Requested B&B to inspect the water heater which was not working. I was informed of a diagnostic fee of $89.99. The technician on arrival saw the water heater date of manufacturing and said it was too old. When the technician was requested the it was mentioned that the pilot was off. On arriving the technician tried to re-lit the pilot to which I was charged an additional $40. Before the technician can get a copy of the receipt the pilot when off and the heater was not in a condition to be worked on. When contacted on a refund for $40 I was told the owner would provide feedback and at the same time requested a quote for installation of water heater. The quote for provided after two days and when re-contacted on the additional charge for $40 the person was rude to answer that it was the right cost. Then what is the difference between a diagnostics when the pilot has been off and without lighting the pilot how can the problem be diagnosed. Kindly stay away from B&B Mechanical really bad service and rude people.

    Customer for 10 years. Multiple large jobs completed, as well as, yearly service. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, friendliness and knowledge of staff, and ease of communication. Prices are always fair. Will continue to use B&B, and recommend the company for AC and heating needs.
