We recently had our heating and air conditioning unit replaced by Robaire. The technicians were wonderful. A few months later we had a leak from the condenser pan due to a faulty sensor.
They sent technicians immediately to fix the sensor and clean up the wet insulation. Within days they had a contractor out to replace the dry wall, sand and paint. They even paid for a new ceiling fan. Great work all around!

We have lived in Newtown for over 15 years in a wonderful neighborhood. The home unfortunately now in its 19th year was beginning to tire. We lost all three of our air conditioners which supports our 3-zone heating and AC needs.

We made a call to Robaire Company who provided us immediate support and presented to us payment options that were extremely helpful given our current college costs.

I contacted this company for a commercial quote on behalf of a local church to replace existing AC units. While speaking with the owner, Robert Baker, I mentioned to him that we were having problems finding an HVAC company to work on our Samsung mini-split unit. I told him the nightmare I was having even after contacting Samsung. Mr Baker told me he could send someone out to take a look at it.
Today the tech came out, I believe his name was Jim. What a fantastic asset to this company!! He was professional, polite, friendly, personable, and all around nice guy. He fixed the mini-split and when I asked him for assistance with our wifi thermostats he jumped right on it. He replaced a thermostat and fixed the others wifi connection. After all was said and done I was a bit worried about the price BUT the price was fair.
I would highly and strongly recommend Robaire for your HVAC needs. Its good to see a company that doesn't gauge you with their prices. Thank you guys!!

I called for my mom who takes care of my son during weekdays. She buys oil from a provider who filled her tank late Saturday night. She has not had any heat since. We’ve called to have a technician look at the unit but to no avail. Monday morning I researched HVAC professionals in the area and grateful to have found Robaire. Placed a call around 9am and by 12pm her heat was up and running. I spoke with the technician via phone and he explained what the issue was. Very nice and honest man. Thank you.
