Been with Meenan for over 60 years. In all that time experienced only one incident that was
negative. That is a great record. That's why I am still with them. Office personnel is great
as well...also important.

Love Meenan Oil. I have the platinum service contract and the price agreement contract. One time our heater broke in middle of night and in dead of winter. They showed up within a few hours and got us going again. With the service contract I don’t pay for any of these visits nor any of the cleaning/servicing. Great customer service.

I have been with Meenan for many years. I have never had a bad experience with this company. They are definitely top-shelf. My house has never been left dirty after service and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, providing answers to any questions. People always told me I could get my heating oil for less money, but for the service and professionalism Meenan provides are worth far more to me than a few dollars.

Meenan propane offers services like a large company but operates like a mom and pop shop. They offer custom solutions and great customer service. We've used them for Propane supplies and most recently getting into their AC and chimney cleaning services that we didn't realize they had.

I switch from REIT to Meenan because I was getting ripped off from previous company oil prices and maintenance. Meenan has lowered my oil prices and my maintenance contract and combined them in one affordable price as of now with oil prices high. I got my oil topped off with out having to call and ask for a delivery which is great I don’t have to worry about it. So far so good Meenan yous get a thumbs up and five star rating.

We have been a Meenan Customers for over 2 decades & I can honestly say Our Technician today, Paul, had to be the most thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, informative we have had out to our home. He spent longer then any previous Technician with our yearly inspection & cleaning of our Heater & was very clean in doing so. He found an issue with our Chimney that I never would have known was there, showing me from inside & even outside exactly what the issue is, patiently explaining everything to me in terms that I would understand. This may sound trivial, but after Paul was done with the really smelly work, he used this Awesome spray that completely took to odor away. He went over the written work order with me, not just leaving it as others have done. He went above & beyond what any Technician we have had out to our home. Paul is most definitely an asset to your Company & should be recognized for his excellence in his field & kindness in his Customer Service as a Representative of Meenan. We would gladly welcome him back our Technician.

I'm in process of selling my home & your staff has been working with me very well. I have ALOT going on between moving &my recently diagnosed illness, so a good thing your staff is on top of things&calls me cause with everything going on I forget alot which also apart of illness
