Mike the technician was very pleasant and explained everything he needed to do to get our heater running again. He only needed about a half hour to get us up and running again. Very nice guy and very professional. Would highly recommend him .

Very pleased. Called regarding our heater not working properly and the service person arrived sooner than expected. We were happy with the prompt service and the speedy efficient repair. We have a platinum plan so there was no cost to us.

We have been with meenan for a year and a half. This was a new purchase of an older home. Our heating system is also a senior citizen. Meenan has been a wonderful surprise. Their technicians and service reps couldn’t be nicer or more professional. They are responsible for keeping this elderly furnace humming. Our heat is warmer than any other system we have ever had. And looks to have a long life ahead. Greatly appreciated to have such a competent team locally.. shout out to Phil and Steve for a great job.

Awesome service at every point. Heater needed adjustment. Courteous customer service rep arranged appointment for the same day on a cold day. Service tech actually showed just before the designated window (Sorry, didn't get name). Friendly and efficient. Heating system going great on the next zero degree day.

Really worth it to purchase the service agreement. Meenan is so accessible and responsive - and their people are so knowledgeable. Last visit they installed a new thermostat (covered), checked out the system, and took the time to explain how to optimize efficiency when adjusting the upstairs and downstairs temperatures. No wonder my family has been with them... forever~ Many thanks yet again.

I have been a customer of Meehan Oil for 20 years. Their response to service calls is immediate. I recently needed their assistance when the heat would not turn on and they came out on a Sunday. Explained that it was a semi-major fix and asked if it could wait until Monday in case parts were needed. The same repairman, Steve, came out the next day and replaced the pipes that had corroded and we are back in business. I truly appreciated the personal service and the time he took to explain exactly what needed to be done. Thank you Meehan and Steve!

Meenan arrived at my home within two hours of my call for service. Half of my home had no heat. The serviceman was quick to discover the problem, and heat was restored. A new valve was installed to prevent the problem from recurring. Service was most professional and courteous. I have had Meenan since the early 1960’s. They have always been here promptly for problems with AC and heating. I highly recommend them!

Had a problem starting the heater. Called Meehan and an expert technician was quickly dispatched to the house and the problem was efficiently repaired. Everyone at Meenan treats you with courtesy and respect. You call and they quickly come to your house at the time thy say they are coming. It is great company with which to be associated. Thank you for being there for me.

One star because I couldn’t give them lower. Their techs and reliability - good. Their pricing? Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t sign a fuel contract with them - they will over charge you. And if you want to end a contract early because of the price gouging, there’s a 300+ cost for early termination. Their customer service is terrible.

There are equally reliable companies in the area that are reasonably priced. Don’t be naive and make the same mistakes I did. Don’t just go with the big name in town. Shop around.

This company is the worst. We just bought a house and before we closed I called and locked in rates. The said it would be about two weeks to get a truck out there... we are in Apple Tree. After two weeks I didn't have anything and now we are in the house. I called again and they "authorized" an extension for another week. Again I didnt get anything, I called to cancel all my services and end up getting a bill for a service plan. After getting another company to come out after the tank was measured I had less then 40 gallons in a new home with winter coming and a pregnant wife. Meenan also installed the heater at the home I have all the paperwork with it to show it's under warranty. It is leaking and they refuse to come out because I dont have a service contract with them. This company is the worst. They dont stand by there warranty and do not care about the public. I will never refer or contact them for there services ever.

Also, why does this company only comment on the "great service" reviews and does nothing to address the issues that other potential customers are talking about?
