I would rate my experience as over the top. The tech arrived on time and worked on our problem all day until early afternoon. Steve was a consumate professional. He not only fixed the initial problem but performed our yearly service. We have hot water all through out the house.We have never had that before in the last 20 years.

My family has been purchasing our heating oil and service plan through Meenan for 70+ years since Levittown was built. As longstanding customers, they have always worked with us regarding price for oil and service and, when we have problems with the system in the middle of winter, their service technicians have always been there within a few hours. You have to stay on top of them regarding scheduling your yearly cleanings and tuneups, and a few of their techs over the years could be more customer service oriented, however, overall, considering service and maintenance reliability as the biggest factor to consider concerning Oil Heating & Hot Water Systems, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Meenan has always been fantastic for oil deliver, air conditioning and heating service. We appreciate the great work!

Oil service was restored after tank was empty so that temperature in the house did not fall below 60. Bulk Oil was delivered within 4hrs after a serviceman delivered a few gallons and restarted the the oil burner. The phone request alerting to the loss of fuel was handled well and professionally.

We have a very old, cranky boiler heating system in a two-hundred-year-old house. It needs frequent tending to say the least. Meenan service techs are always prompt and courteous (even in a pandemic!). They always seem to get our boiler back in business. Thank you service techs!!!! A++

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Been with the company 20 years or so. We are platinum service members and felt like bronze. Our hot water heater went and they could not get a tech out for 4-5 business days just to get an estimate. Service plan only covered some parts and nothing for a replacement.

Meenan is a great company to do business with. They always perform their duties with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Anytime I have had a problem, they have responded immediately and take their time to do the job properly, professionally and they are always friendly. It is a pleasure to have such a reliable company as Meenan in my area.

Came home late on a Friday night from vacation and found the house cold due to a malfunctioning oil gauge, the tank was empty. Even though I was not a pre-existing customer Meenan was able to deliver an emergency supply of 10 gallons on Friday night and then complete the order on Saturday. Top notch service. We are now a customer. Definitely recommend this company.

Could not be happier with yesterdays service call. Tech arrived on schedule and proceeded to inspect the heater. When he encountered a problem with the unit that he was not able to repair he called in for support and another technician was dispatched and within an hour the unit was back in operation. All this on a holiday for many people.

While santa was putting out presents for the kids we noticed the heater wasnt working. Mike 224 came out at 8 am before the kids woke and fixed it super fast. Kids woke to a warm house and great xmas. Thanks. Meenans the best.
