Theese people are dumber than dirt. Employees are so sad that their lives are worthless so they take it out on others. Alejandro must have just learned to read, and it hurts his head too much. Don't ask him to look up a part or he'll cry and complain about doing his actual job. Couldn't fix anything if his life depended on it, which makes him big sad boy 😭😭😭

Tried to order a condenser motor and the counter sales person I spoke to on the phone said he couldn't sell it to me because he couldn't verify my employment. I asked what I had to do and he said I had to have my boss call him to verify. I said that makes absolutely no sense, I have a company van company uniform and a company credit card and my EPA universal that should be enough. Besides how will you verify if my boss works for the company? He continually gave me a hard time so I ordered from a different vendor and had no trouble.

I order from them all the time and usually put my order in through Ashley. She's always very polite, and professional. Ashley is great at what she does with putting the order together and will let me know when it'll be available if it isn't in stock.

I needed start capacitor for my HVAC unit and wanted to pick up locally. Called to see if they would sell to me as retail customer. Guy from parts department was very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Absolute Terrible service. Everyone stands around and it takes at least an hour to get equipment even if they are not busy. Good place to go if you want it to take all day picking up parts

Called and placed an order for the supply branch in Warminster. Went to pick it up and was told the motor was at the Bensalem supply branch. Asked if they could transfer it to Warminster and was told they would have it there the following day at 8am. Went to pick it up and was told it was still at the Bensalem branch. Had to drive over an hour to do a simple service call located in Hatboro. Wasted time and wasted gas money due to their incompetence and mistakes. Thanks!!!

When a licensed contractor sees you sell equipment to a homeowner not only is it dangerous its just bad business.

I want to return an item and I had the receipt and everything and they wouldn’t return it and the item wasn’t even used I lost 900 just because they counts take it back because was a special order the service is horrible
