Alex responded to my call quickly. He diagnosed the problem with my AC system correctly and gave me a reasonable price quote for replacing the compressor. He is very knowledgeable and we communicated very well by phone and texting. Serge the technician did a thorough job on the day of repair, and educated me about the system. Alex offered me two years of follow up maintenance services which gave me peace of mind, and I will continue to use Terra Group.

Very responsive came out quickly to give me an estimate to replace two aging HVAC systems. The price was very competitive and they came and installed the new systems on time and budget. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Price and quality.
They replaced the air handler and heat pump in my house , the air handler was hung up in the attic with very limited access. They did amazing job , still do not understand of how they managed to get the air handler into the attic. Thanks a lot.

I called Alex from Terra Group HVAC for an AC check up, he was super responsive to come out. When it turned out that the unit needed to be replaced, they did it the next day which is unheard of! Defiantly recommend!

Alex the owner is there with his staff making sure all institutions are done correctly and work is done clean. You choose where these beautiful units go . what I didn't know they are both air conditioning and heating system all in one at less cost for new central air cost.
