Bob & Chris They were at my house within 15 minutes. I knew exactly what was wrong with the unit but I let them tell me what was wrong to see if they were going to scam me. They did NOT try to scam me, just confirmed what I already knew and gave me a solid fair price and were done in about 10 minutes. Excellent service.

My A/C went on the fritz a few weeks ago. Based on a recommendation of a neighbor, I called Region and the owner came out AFTER 5 and replaced 2 parts and got me up and running without saying..."Well I think you need a new unit." When I do replace my AC, I know who I'll call!

Region is a family business - they have integrity and will treat you right. We had another HVAC company come out to service our A/C unit and they told us it was a bad condenser and we needed to replace the whole central air system. Region showed up after hours and took the extra step to test the condenser and found some bad wires and got us up and running again! Saved us a lot of money and got our AC working just in time for the heatwave. REGION ROCKS!

My AC stopped working over the weekend and first thing Monday morning I called and the gentleman who answered the phone told me he would have someone out with in 10-15 minutes, I explained I have an elderly mother with COPD and they were on it.. HIGHLY recommend this agency THANK YOU THANK YOU... Talk about service they are customer service friendly and caring....
