The group of men who came to install a new furnace, AC, and water heater were patient with me and kind to my Labrador (who thought they were there to play with him!).

Dilling Heating & Cooling provided amazing plumbing services for a washing machine water hookup and piping for our new home in Bucks County, PA. Mike and Michael, the technicians, provided excellent service during the process and made sure we were beyond informed along the way. They were extremely careful to make sure everything was done correctly and accurately. Even more, they were back out a week later to unclog our preexisting shower drain backup and help set us up for success moving forward. Couldn't be happier!

The technicians were friendly and professional analyzing the problem with my central air conditioning unit, that needed to be replaced after 20 years. The owner of the company came that afternoon to give me an estimate. Ed explained every detail the work that was to be done, the price and 10 year warranty. I felt confident that the price was fair and company reputable. Just a few days later two technicians replaced the unit professionally and made sure I understood the new thermostat.

Dilling Heating and Cooling is top notch! They cleaned my homes air ducts so thoroughly. I have two young kids and wanted to ensure the air were filtering through the home is as clean as it can be, the dust and debris that removed was gross lol I highly recommend this duct service, I am so happy I did it. the technicians Kevin & John are amazing, they’re great with kids too! They explained the entire process, even found a section of ducts that wasn’t fully connected .. it wasn't just an average HVAC service, it was a great experience too! Looking forward to John & Kevin coming back in the fall to clean them again!

After doing my research and getting different estimates, I chose Dilling for the job..They were very responsive, professional, fairly priced, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable. The team of guys (Ed, Pete, Matt, Kevin, John, Mike P and Donate) were absolutely great! They communicated well with each other to get the job done to make it all happen in a timely manner and quality work. I was in desperate need of a new AC and oil furnace .
From the estimate to the install , every step with this company was excellent . Text/email to let me know they were on the way , was a new experience for me . It even had the name and a photo of the person who would be arriving. Ed did the estimate and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do , and everything that was included . Before he left my home I had the estimate .
I called him the next day and said let's get this done . He said they could do it next week . Mike came that same day and took a few more measurements. I couldn't do Monday so I chose Wednesday .
The Tech was at my house at 8:20 Wednesday morning . The put tarps down to protect my hard wood floors and went to work . The job was finished by late afternoon .
I am totally thrilled with the total experience. Less than a week from estimate to completion .

Specifically recommend Pat who has gone above and beyond what I have come to expect from most businesses. He takes the time to explain everything he is saying , listens and answers questions and most importantly does what he says he is going to do. The service from the point of meeting the owner to the installation process of my heating and ac units was seamless and professional. I called them one day the next day they arrived removed my old system and an entire new system was installed in less than a day. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and professional. Love the work done! Justin, Tray and John was very professional. They informed me of the steps ahead and as they go along. They showed respect to the property, with there shoe covering and clean up well after the job was done. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
