Dowd Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been using Dowds Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning service since 2007 when they put in my heater and AC unit. They are responsive & have wonderful employees like Mike. He did a fantastic job yesterday when my AC went out. He checked everything to ensure it was just the one issue. Joe guarantees the work & is the kindest, hard working person I know. I refer them to everyone & will only use their services as it’s done promptly, professionally, with kind employees, & guaranteed work. If I could give them a 1,000 stars I would. I love them and if you haven’t used them you really should they are the BEST!!!!!

Mike, Matt and Paul installed a brand new Furnace and central AC system in our home yesterday and I was so impressed. They were on time, professional, and worked hard the entire day. When it was complete they cleaned up everything and showed us how everything works and said if we have any questions or issues to give them a call. I will definitely recommend Dowd to friends and family that need any related work done in their homes.
Update: my house flooded and my new furnace was ruined and my water heater also broke so I called Dowd to come back and replace these units and again they were awesome! Scott made sure to make my install a priority since I was living without hot water and my techs were Matt and Ish, two of the nicest professionals I have ever met! Thank you guys!!

We’ve been using Dowd for the past couple years for our HVAC maintenance and we’ve also had them troubleshoot our hot water heater. All the techs that have came out have been great. They are very professional and are willing to answer all your questions. We couldn’t be happier with their services!

I was experiencing issues with lack of heat in my second floor radiators. Did not know who could address the issue. Went on line and found Dowd. Took a chance and gave Dowd a call. My call was received by a charming gracious lady who scheduled my appointment. At the appointed time a Dowd technician, Jim came, quickly identified the issue, parts were ordered and Jim returned in a timely manner and now my second floor radiators are as warm as toast. I will definitely use Dowd for all my hvac in the future and hopefully Jim will return to again trouble shoot. I highly recommend Dowd. I believe you will receive courteous, professional and knowledgeable service to address any issue you may be experiencing.

Dowd installed air conditioning in my 100 yr old home. The installers were professional, pleasant & even worked in the pouring rain! I have referred friends to Dowd as well and they too were very pleased!

On the Friday before a holiday our water heater died. We immediately called Dowd and they came right out and initiated a repair, ordering a new water heat. By Tuesday we were back to having hot water. I highly recommend Dowd for all your needs.

What a great experience I had with Dowd Mechanical. The technicians Mike S. and Jim were professional, courteous and very attentive to my needs. They worked clean and quickly. they took care of all my needs and any issues that arose. They even made sure my dog didn't escape through the gate as they had to install things outside. Scott Fisher was also great when he came to our house and did the estimate for replacement of our AC & Heating units. He explained everything in detail and I feel gave me a very fair estimate. I will use them for all my heating and air conditioning services
