Very happy with Dowd. They installed our HVAC unit 4 years ago and did a great job. The service techs that have been out have all been courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dowd for any of your HVAC needs.

We recently had a mini split AC system installed in our home. The installers were prompt and very professional. They explained how to use the new system thoroughly. A few days later Dowd sent someone to do an inspection of the work that was done, again very professional and informative. I recommend Dowd for any of your heating and AC needs.

Dowd came out to service my heating system for the winter. They showed up on time and the technician Scott gave me a call to let me know he was in his way. This was the first time that we had our heater serviced with our new home and Scott was very helpful and thorough. He explained our system to me and answered all of my questions about the heater, filters, and the thermostat. I highly recommend them.

Dowd also replaced my hot water heater. Dowd shows up on time. The repair people and staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. I just had a ductless system installed in what I thought would be a complicated install but due to the extraordinary professionalism, experience, and expertise, starting with Scott Fisher-Mike and Matt turned my project into a breeze. We have been using Dowd for repairs for a couple of years now on our old system and decided to use them to install a much needed new HVAC system. It was yet another great experience overall. Scott helped us choose the right system for our home and made recommendations to fix some issues with our previous install with very fair pricing. Likewise, Mike and Dimitri did a fantastic job with installation. They were professional, thorough, and extremely clean. Shonda then assisted us in getting our PECO rebate after the install.
