Had a broken ignitor, got a same day repair from technician John. This was quite helpful since it was getting very cold at the time, so the quick repair was appreciated. I would recommend DOWD if you need any emergency HVAC repairs.

We've been using Dowd for years and are very happy with the service we receive. On our most recent service call our technician, Jim, arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and discussed our options. We appreciated Jim's candid advice and that he treated us like longtime friends. Several days later we received a personal follow-up call from Mr. Dowd Senior. From the initial service call to the follow up, Dowd always makes sure that they have satisfied customers.

Dowd has done a great job on our maintenance over the last few years. Very professional and efficient. I appreciate that they give reminder calls for the summer and fall maintenance. Our last visit was with Matt and he was super friendly, professional, and fast! I would definitely recommend!

Very happy with the level of service provided by Dowd. Our furnace fried in the middle of winter and we needed a whole new system installed. Dowd was very responsive and they worked around my schedule. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided the estimate. I didn't feel like I was being upsold (which is a huge turnoff!). The day of install, the service men showed up on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They were very considerate of the fact that I work from home...they even texted me if they needed to come upstairs as to not interrupt me (or make the dogs go nuts!). They also called a few days after install to make sure I was happy with the work. Very, very pleased and would highly recommend!

Dowd installed a new AC system for us last summer and they did an excellent job! Our AC died two days before our vacation. They came out quickly to give us an estimate and worked with our schedule. They were here to install the day after we arrived home from vacation. They helped us with 0% financing as well.

I have been a customer of Dowd's for many years and they are consistently top notch. The technicians are always friendly, polite and professional. They arrive on time, do their work quickly and use the newest technologies to accept payment. I receive receipts quickly by email. They went to bat with a manufacturer for me when there was a warranty issue, and it was resolved in my favor. Dowd has installed a new heating and cooling system and a new water heater and I intend to continue as a customer. Highly recommend.

I just had the wonderful crew from Dowd's replace my 30+ year Trane heating and air conditioner with a new Trane system. I could not be happier with the whole process! Ryan, Robert and Matt were fantastic, knowledgeable and mannerly! They worked hard to get the old system out of my house and install the new one. This was not an easy job given small doorway and basement steps issues. Scott F was great in the consulting phase. He was always available to answer my questions. Shonda and Janine are a pleasure to talk to when I call the office.
