Had some trouble with the AC (Google Nest), Had to make an appointment to get it fixed. The Tech showed up right on time at 10AM! He came in and listened to my explanation of what i had experienced popped the cover of and tested a few things. Discovered my Google Nest didn't have the common wire hooked up to the unit. So he plugged it in and BOOM ROASTED. Everything turned back on and stayed on. The AC blows cold and the unit stays on unless the house reaches the temp i set it at. I will use them again in the future!

great customer service and great at explaining things

My furnace went out in the midst of the snow on a Friday . AHS expedited a request for someone to come out. Multnomah was there in less then 4 hours and fixed the issues . They were professional and courteous .

Absolutely Fabulous. First nice weather in months, I call and speak to Joe at 11:35. He tells me he can be here between 12:30 and 1:30. He showed up at 12:30 on the dot. He has been doing this for 20 years and fixed my problem in no time at all. I will be able to sleep when it hits 85 today and 90 tomorrow! Thank you Joe and hello to my new HVAC guy!

MHI does an amazing job! They installed our heat pump 20 years ago and it’s still working great. Wonderful people and fantastic results!!

They were here within the hour , two other local companies wanted huge amounts of money to repair with no guarantee, Joe addressed the problem within minutes, was fixed in less than half hour and cost less than lunch out with a friend !! I won’t use anyone else!!

Sometimes, the quickest solution is the easiest one, but the second quickest solution was these guys. Scouring youtube for hours doesn’t compare to experience, fixed our problem in less than five minutes. Thank you.
