April 7th I was having issues with my furnace turning off before reaching operating temperatures. Multnomah heating came out, cleaned it for a service fee of 98.00 dollars. Seemed to work for 2 days. On April 10th issue started again and had them come back out. They told me it was the pressure switch, which they did change out for me for an additional 185 dollars.Worked fine for a month than we switched to ac(which I was just told pressure switch does not operate during a.c. operation). I finally switched back to heat this week and furnace seemed to run like normal for 3 days, than problem started to occur again. I called them at 10 am to which I was told they had no recall of doing any work at my house. After searching I found my receipts and check stub from paying. I called back starting at around 1130 am and there was no answer. I called back atleast 20 times from there til 230pm. After 230 phone rang and went straight to voicemail and never received any call back. It was 40 degrees out last night so I needed to call another place to come and fix the problem which ended up being the pressure switch again that was just replaced. I finally got a hold of the owner and asked that he or someone please come take a look to inform me why it would have gone bad so soon. He stated it had a 90 day warranty and he couldn't just come look at a furnace to see if it would fault again. The kind of money i spent I would expect better service, very frustrating people can't stand behind products they are using to help people out any more. I hope people think twice before using this company and read reviews. Joe, the owner was less than helpful and least professional person I have ever done business with. Please learn from my mistake.

Joe was what I wanted in a technician: courteous, clear, concise, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed one problem quickly, and clarified another issue we were having. I will definitely call them again, when necessary.

The technician was professional and fast. He was able to fix my heater the same day it stopped working! Such a relief since it is getting cold at night now! Definitely recommend!

I have a 25 year old furnace and AC system, and both have gone out more than once, at the worst possible time to go out. Multnomah Heating has been prompt, have educated me each time they've come to fix, and they have never price gouged. I made a claim with American Home shield because our heat went out last week, and they tried to direct me towards a different vendor, who never called back. The moment Multnomah Heating got involved, They were here in 4 hours to fix the problem.

Claimed a bunch of different things were broken on our heater when our heater stopped working, wanted over $1000 from us. We ended up getting a second opinion and found out most of them weren't, it was a simple fix, and charged us less than half. Never coming back here again, they're just trying to price gouge.

Identified my common issue quickly and easily and had the replacement part on hand. The whole visit was barely 15 minutes and my heat pump is working again.

This was the easiest, most professional service call I have experienced in a long time. Completely satisfied with the service Multnomah Heating/AC provided and will use their services in the future, when needed.

Very professional service! Misty was very nice over the phone, and Jeremy came back to our house 3 times for ongoing issues as a result we had with the previous heating company we were using. Would highly recommend!

I have used them for years and they seem competitive. They are also timely and courteous. Their repairs have always worked, and I have never had to call them to come back and fix anything right after they have been here.

I needed an inspection of ducts rather quickly before a move-in was scheduled. Very grateful for the efficiency and recommendations made.
