We have been a customer of MHI for several years, they never disappoint. The customer service and response time is second to none. I would highly recommend MHI to anyone needing maintenance or installation of new HVAC equipment.

Rep came with NO mask NO name and said he doesn’t service mini splits. Poor service as this was specifically asked for during the call. Rep was insensitive and this was a complete waste of our time

They were very professional. He even clean up after the job was completed, you can’t for more than that. Excellent in every sense of the word. Will most surely use them again.

After having three other technicians try and diagnose why the house was not cooling properly, Multnomah Heating actually came out and fixed the problem. It was a simple adjustment to the furnace that every other company had overlooked.

They have my number on someone else’s account and I have asked them to remove this over a year ago. They are still sending me text updates to my phone.

Jeremy was right on time, super friendly, and had my AC up in going within 15-20 min! Would absolutely recommend them.
