Waited week and a half for appointment, no show, tried calling that day and next, no one answers or returns calls. Find out they declined work order from AHS yesterday without letting me know. Wasted my time on these guys. Will never do business with them again.

Your technician showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He got right in and diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem, then performed maintenance.

He explained how to reset the furnace if it shuts down and showed me the correct way to install the filter.

The technician was early and sent a photo of himself via text to my phone to make sure I knew who was coming. He had my issue identified quickly and resolved within minutes. 5 stars, would call again.

The furnace is not working. Technician walks in and looks at it for about 5 minutes and says he does not know where to start and that he needs to talk to his boss and get back to me. He leaves and I never hear from him or his company again. Now I am getting a message from the company asking me how they did on the job and they want me to rate the experience and they have the job marked as completed? I mean are you kidding me? Now I am trying to send this out and it isn’t going so I think I have to mark at least 1 star before I can submit so trying that.

Very kind, thoughtful and respectful with their scheduling. The technician was on time ,diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was above and beyond my expectations. A great experience overall. These are very nice people who got the job done. They really seem to care about their customers.

We’ve had Multnomah Heating out a couple of times to repair our heat pump, each time they were responsive, friendly and honest. Our heat pump stopped working a couple weeks ago and our home warranty sent Multnomah Heating to replace it. As before, the person they sent was responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I recommend Multnomah Heating!

Each time I have needed to call Multnomah Heating it has been an urgent situation. They arrived promptly and did terrific work at a price that was fair and competitive. Staff were considerate and careful in my home. I highly recommend this local gem.

This company was very courteous, and extremely prompt. When we called AHS, they put in a order to Multnomah Heating, and they contacted us within 2 hrs. Then sent out a tech a few hours later. We were impressed with the same day service.
Jeremy is a knowledgeable technician, that figured out the problem within minutes. He replaced a faulty circuit board and everything seems to be working well.
Our experience was very good with Multnomah, and we will continue to use them for any future needs.

I've never heard of Multnomah Heating Inc. They were the company that my home insurance company offered to me. After using them, I will use MHI for all my HVAC needs. They were extremely quick to call me after being notified I needed service, they fit me is quickly, and the technician was great to work with. He was professional, quick to find the issues, made changes and explained everything he was doing while searching for the issues and why he made the changes. And he answered all my "homeowner" questions.
