    Our technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable! He stayed to answer questions about ducts and vents. He charged a fair price and gave us an honest assessment of what we needed instead of up selling us! I would definitely recommend Multnomah Heating!

    I also appreciated the reminder texts as well as the text prior to our technician arriving WITH HIS PICTURE! I felt very safe greeting him at my door knowing he was who he said he was.

    Excellent service. The office and technician responded promptly to my calls. The technician stayed a little longer with me after my repair was done to answer all my questions. The repair looks to be a quality job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Will do business here again.

    Their dispatcher was super friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Their technician was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Once the insurance people finally got their act together and got us the hardware, they had it installed quickly!

    We got assigned a different contractor from the insurance company before them, and they were worthless. They difference switching to Multnomah Heating was night and day!!

    I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule, they were great about sending a reminder and my technician was on time. He was very courteous and explained what he had done.
    There had been some miscommunication around the charge and he honored what had been quoted in a previous email.
    This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to do so. Excellent and friendly customer service all around!

    Bought a house from 1907 and 2 weeks after moving in we realized our furnace didn’t work! Called about 10 places and these guys were the first available. The technician came out on time, was extremely helpful, fixed the furnace in no joke 10 minutes. Pretty confident 5 of those minutes was him trying to squeeze into the tiny space he had to work in. Thank you guys so much! Will absolutely use them again and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for HVAC needs!

    These guys were great! My central AC was not holding temp yesterday, put in a work order through my hone warranty and today they called saying they had a cancellation and could fit me in no problem. They texted with an appointment time and they were in and out in no time. AC is working great now too!

    Jeremy Davis kindly notified me before his arrival, and then showed up not only on time but even a little early. He was very professional and courteous, and he did a thorough and efficient inspection of the HVAC system before determining exactly would needed to be done. He was even happy to check the furnace and blower up in the attic, which other previous techs had refused to do. I felt like he was being honest, and he clearly explained things and gladly answered all of my questions. This is exactly what great customer service is supposed to be like, and I will definitely use their services again.

    My appointment was with Jeremy. He was on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Multnomah Heating and Cooling. This is the second time I have used them and they will be my first call for any furnace or AC needs in the future.

    My AC went down and they were able to come in quickly. The repair person was professional and efficient. He was able to identify the problem and he had the spare parts on hand. It's been a few days and have had no problems so far. The only knock would be that their wasn't any transparency on the price of the capacitor replacements and the R22 refill. It would have just been nice to know what the cost of those were while talking to the repairman and not when I got the number in the end. It was a bit of a sticker shock to hear. In the end I probably would have gone with everything anyways since the repairman and parts were already on hand. Overall, everything seems to work good.
