Julius and his assistant were very nice and seemed quite competent.

We have been with Sunglow for over 10 yrs and have always had great service with our yearly check ups. Never pressured. They installed our heat pump originally and we have never had any problems. A great company to work with and always on time . Highly recommended.. Erik was out yesterday and we were very impressed with his great job. He was informative and polite and our heat pump looks like a new unit when he was finished. Great Job, thank you

Jeff was on time, professional and did a great job getting our AC back up and working. He was also very friendly and taught me a lot about our unit and how to maintain it for better operation. Very happy to have Sun Glow’s sticker on our equipment, as we’ll be calling them again should we ever have need.

The technician could not find the back of my house to ENTER THE BACK GATE. It's a row house, you get to the back by going halfway around the block and down the alley. How is this not obvious?!! As a result I am getting charged $75.00 for a no show. I was on the phone with the technician (from work) explaining what the back of my house looks like and little did I know the whole time he is standing in FRONT saying I dont see a gate, or garbage cans. The office staff were no help whatsoever getting the charge removed, she rudely insisted I wasted their time. NO, it is MY TIME, and my money being wasted on their gross negligence. Best advice- hire somone with a brain.

So happy I called Sun Glow. I was without AC during the recent heat wave (July 2021) and let down by two other companies who were unable and unwilling to fix my AC. When I called Sun Glow, the lady who answered listened to my concerns and got me on the schedule. I received text and email confirmations of my appointment and notices when Max was on the way. There's even a live tracker to see when he would arrive. Max is great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and kept me informed of what he was doing throughout. Reasonable rates. Great company. I don't want my AC to break again, but if it does, I'm calling Sun Glow.

Sun Glow has done a phenomenal job for my HVAC needs. I've had the same technician three times - Erik. He has always provided great knowledge, skill and service. Will continue to use Sun Glow. :)

Erik was professional and courteous. Called ahead of time to let me know he was running a little late, which is always appreciated.

I had some issues with my thermostat wiring that was preventing me from installing a smart thermostat. Erik diagnosed the issue promptly, and installed the thermostat. No complaints at all. This level of service is what keeps me coming back to Sun Glow!

Gerry was great and professional. He quickly came in and diagnosed the issue and it was fixed within the hour. He also verified the furnace was in good health. Sun Glow was able to fit us in on short notice and we have heat again!

Sun Glow was remarkably responsive. They contacted me within minutes of being contacted by the manufacturer and had a technician onsite within 24 hours. Jeff, the service tech, was totally professional. If only all service companies operated this way, the world would be a much better place. Jeff was totally knowledgeable about the equipment and was careful and respectful of our newly finished construction. He answered my questions directly and clearly. Over the years, I’ve dealt with lots of service techs who have come to fix or adjust various things, and Sun Glow gets 100% A+ in my book.

Gerry was very informative and able to repair our AC. Luckily it looks like we have a little more time with our ancient existing AC, very much appreciated. We have used Sun Glow several times now to service our AC and Heating unit. They always do a great job of sharing tips for maintenance, etc.
