Everybody we worked with through GreenSavers was very professional and friendly. Everybody took the time to listen to our questions and answer them thoughtfully. Our new heat pump heating and cooling system is working great. It's so much quieter than the old gas furnace and the heating is more even. Plus we feel great that we're not burning natural gas.
We're very happy with our new water heater and its installation process as well.

Greensavers did a great job start to finish. Easy to work with and knowledgable staff. On one occasion the front door and 3 windows were left wide open when arrived back home. Charlie and Paul were diligent at helping solve issues when they arose. System is working great so far. We also had insulation added to attic and walls with more attic vents installed. Insulation team also did great job.

Greensavers installed insulation in the attic and exterior walls of an old home that was not holding heat well. The house was impossible to keep warm and heating bills were high. We were super impressed with Greensavers communication, organization and professionalism. Got the job done in 2 days as planned. This company does great work.

Great service for installation, bad service for repairs.

I had a heat pump system installed professionally and timely by GreenSavers during the summer of 2021. The system performed so much better than my old baseboard heaters! I received great customer service during the installation process.

About 2 months ago, my heating system upstairs broke. GreenSavers was quick to come out and diagnose the issue but then dropped the ball. For a month and a half I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my unit repaired. Initially the replacement part was on order, which is understandable. After almost a full month without communication I had to check in to see what the status was. Once the part was ordered I had to check in multiple times to try and get the repair scheduled. Last week on the day of the repair a tech was hurt and they were unable to perform the repair. Again, completely understandable. They failed to reschedule the repair in a timely manner and I had to bug them to get me scheduled. The night before the rescheduled repair they cancelled again without any information for a reschedule. I feel completely disregarded by the repair team.

At this point I am fed up with the repair service of GreenSavers. They were so wonderful during the install process but I feel completely abandoned as a customer now that I have an issue I desperately need repaired.

Would be 1 stars but they were great for the install so 2 is much more fair.

The past two summers have been unbearably hot in my 1943 home. My upstairs bedrooms have no ducts so central air was not an option. Greensavers just installed a heat pump and 3 mini-split indoor units--one in each upstairs bedroom which should cool the entire upstairs and a larger unit on the main floor which should cool the main floor. I can also use the system for heating my entire house if I choose. (I currently have a gas furnace.). I am recommending Greensavers to friends who are also considering installing a heat pump.

After having an energy audit, Greensavers installed insulation in my attic and replaced s broken furnace with s heat pump. It was an organized and well managed project and I felt like I was getting a compressive plan to responsibly and economically heat my house. There were inspections both before snd afterwards to ensure everything was working properly and to make sure I understood how to use the equipment. The level of professionalism was unmatched. And the people there couldn’t be nicer.

Greensavers installed new insulation and vents to help with attic weatherization. They were very communicative and helpful throughout the process, beginning with a full energy audit of the house. I knew my attic had issues...so this was my first point of attack in improving the energy efficiency with my old house (1916). I am interested in pursuing improvements suggested for my basement at some point too - and will be contacting Greensavers again once I get there.

GreenSavers consistently set expectations and exceeded them and I'm very pleased with the results. Every person I interacted with was a joy and met me at my level. I asked GreenSavers for a full assessment of my century home and they walked me through the high return on investment options, and explained clearly which improvements I should skip. I ended up going with wall insulation, attic improvements, ductless and ducted heatpump installation, and solar. We've knocked out everything except solar so far and I'm happy with the results. Big fan.

Excellent work and service. Top quality and they care about doing the right thing. Both for the customer and the earth. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Full disclosure, I work here! 6 years ago, I had Greensavers do a project at my house that included 13 new windows, 3 new doors, attic air sealing and insulation, a new electrical panel and service upgrade and some other items. I had such a great experience with such a great group of people, that when an opportunity opened up at GreenSavers after I finished graduate school, I jumped on it. I can say I love the work from 6 years ago and I love working here now!

We had GreenSavers come out to consult on the state of our 1920’s home’s insulation. Their rep, Nick, was very knowledgeable and immediately zeroed in on several issues we were aware of from our home inspection. He then outlined the most practical, cost-effective approach to correcting them. We ended up hiring them to air-seal and re-insulate our attic.
The crew that came out was great: efficient, tidy, good problem solvers (there was a tricky spot in an add-on room at the back of the house), and very mindful of details we had discussed with our project manager. Recommended.
